Really solid rice noodle spot. The broth is flavorful with a nice depth, not just spicy for the sake of being spicy. The rice noodles have great texture — springy and not mushy at all. The fried pork is freshly made, crispy on the outside and tender inside, and tastes amazing with the chili powder. Portions are generous, service is quick, and the place is clean. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

We went as a bigger group of 7 and small children. They had kid plates and high chairs. We ordered side of plain noodles for the kids. It can be easier if they had that option as a side. Food was great, fresh and hot. The mild sauce was flavorful and the spices as a dry dip was excellent! The portions and price is great for all options. We also got the wonton soups and it was perfect for any cloudy day. Highly recommend and will be back again!

Tried the classic Crossing-the-Bridge rice noodles several times. The broth tastes house-made and varies a lot—sometimes more chicken, sometimes more cured meat. Unfortunately it became increasingly sour over time, which made the experience inconsistent.
The thick rice noodles themselves are great, but toppings are limited and meat portions are small.

Pickled pepper gizzard noodles > Classic crossing-the-bridge (when done right) ≥ Yunnan small-pot noodles > Pork trotter noodles ≥ Mixed minced pork noodles > Classic (off days)
Overall, the signature dish is inconsistent and pricey, while dry noodles perform better. Favorite side dish: red-sugar glutinous rice cake.

I had an amazing experience at Nan Noodles. Their signature Crossing Bridge Noodles are a must-try—the broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, and the interactive experience of adding ingredients is fun. I also highly recommend the Golden Soup Beef Noodle, which has a perfect balance of savory and tangy. The portions are generous and the service is quick.

Their signature dish is a simple yet hearty meal. The noodle dish is served “deconstructed,” you need to put the ingredients in the boiling soup while it’s still hot to ensure they’re cooked. There’s plenty of soup, but I wish there were more of the other ingredients.

We went to NAM Rice Noodle today and honestly it was such a great experience. Their signature rice noodle is not just tasty, it’s really fun too. The noodles come with this little nine-compartment tray of toppings, and you add them into the boiling broth one by one. My kid was totally fascinated — never seen anything like that before! It made the whole meal feel playful and special.
I got the spicy pork intestine rice noodle and added beef brisket. The intestines were super crispy, the brisket was nice and chewy, and the soup was really spicy in the best way. Every bite was bold and flavorful — exactly what I was craving. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you love rice noodles and want something both delicious and fun.

Beware of this restaurant! We ordered braised beef noodles, but there wasn’t a single piece of beef in it. Furthermore, the meal arrived without any utensils – this was the first time we’d encountered this situation. When we called them, the server seemed to be new and hadn’t received any training. They told us to use our hands because we hadn’t specified we needed utensils, and their attitude was terrible. We hope future customers will be aware of this restaurant’s unhygienic food containers and the complete lack of utensils provided.

I’ve been here several times already, and every dish suits my taste perfectly. The beef noodles are absolutely amazing! And I never get tired of the pickled fish with vermicelli hot pot—it’s a dish I could have again and again. I’ll definitely be back!
