the employees are so terrible and care so little about even the most basic customer service functions, that you have to honestly wonder how this place stays open?
everyone i’ve talked to has had the same experience. ridiculous.
it’s 9:15, sign & online info says they close at 10. everything’s off and they’re definitely CLOSED.

Dude do not go on the free ice cream day (March 20th). 3pm-4pm the middle school is actually wild. The kids were throwing ice cream everywhere, passing cars, INSIDE?? These kids smashed ice cream on people’s heads. I recommend the drive thru or 11pm-2pm, 5pm-until close. They were also fighting, For. FREE. Ice cream?? It’s insane.

Dang I really wanna like it here but I keep being disappointed and tonight took the cake. I spent 10 dollars on this food. They forgot the toast and everything took a really long time to come out. Basically a kids meal with 4 onion rings minus a drink and ice cream for 4 bucks more? I live around the corner less than half a mile and everything felt like it had been cold for awhile , thought it would be piping hot since the wait was so long and I was the only customer thought they had to fry up fresh things. Just disappointed. The saving grace is my milkshake was good but $15 dollars for all of this feels …like a lor for what I got.

Good food, and service.
Manager seems to be doing all she can, and has a good crew that keeps up as best as possible.
Needs work, but I’m a regular and am glad to see management has kept the store running at a high level, even when the staff isn’t always on top as quickly as they should be.
I recommend a marshmallow sundae, btw.

I live 3 minutes from DQ on foster 128 so I eat there quite often, and every time I go there I leave the restaurant unsatisfied. That place had bunch of kids that don’t know which end is up. Which I understand kids need a job but customers need to be served professionally too. Just a recommendation for the store manager you need to train your employee to follow the instructions and the goal is customer satisfaction. Thank you

absolutely awful. i bit down on someone’s press on that had fallen off into my blizzard (see picture!)! when i tried to tell the restaurant they didn’t seem to care! i called corporate and THEY didn’t care either.
reported this place to health department.
spoke to the owner and he’s condescending and rude. i honestly feel like he didn’t care what happened to me and if he doesn’t care i bet it’ll happen again.
lets not forget that if someones fingernail fell off in someone’s food this means they’re not wearing gloves during covid!
don’t eat here and if you do check your food!

I ordered here recently and I am really disappointed in the customer service I was offered – usually my experience with the employees goes really well and I used to enjoy it a lot, until recently I had a really rude employee who took my order. Her name was Angie and I just feel like I can’t go back there anymore, due to the attitude shown to me. It felt like I wasn’t even welcome there and the way she talked to me was nothing short of disheartening. Like I was a bother for being there. The experience really ruined DQ for me and I won’t be able to see the restaurant in the same way anymore. Please keep control of your employees!

Absolutely unacceptable experience this evening 6:30pm-7pm drive through employee loudly cussing at other employees. Waited way to long for our food when it was not busy. Arguing over tips infront of customers. Extremely dirty counter and the entire dining room. It’s obvious seats are not cleaned daily. I’ve always lived in this area and give to this location. Owners need to step in or something. I’m extremely disappointed.
