I waited 8 minutes to get Rice, brown gravy, and 2 biscuits. Asked the girl if she didn’t mind waiting for me to make sure she put a spork in there before she walked off. She said she put it in there herself as she quickly walked away… She didn’t. And to top it all off, the gravy was super watery. It also pilled all over my car seat because the lid wasn’t put on correctly. I know this isn’t the end of the world but I have been traveling for 6 hours and I’m hangry and frustrated. I just wanted some rice and gravy but I got useless gravy, a mess, and delayed.
The other girl that was in drive thru was super sweet, though.

Late lunch around 2pm and hoped for the best. Restaurant was clean, workers were surprisingly pleasant and happy, and the food was hot and fresh. Seriously, what are the odds?
One thing I noticed while watching the employees interacting with one another – they were all super respectful towards each other. It’s so refreshing to see nowadays.
This place may have just restored my faith in humanity a bit. What a lovely group of people!

Pulled through the drive-thru at 12:15 during the week. Lunch time. I was told there was a 10 minute wait on a chicken sandwich. People do not have time to wait on lunch break. Will not go to this restaurant expecting it to be quick. Employee was rude.

Waited 25 mins for 6 piece bo bites. Pulling forward in the drive through gives the staff way too much to handle and everyone has to wait! Second time here and both times we horrible. Should have saved the calories for something else.

I went to Bojangles by QT in Anderson this morning. I was greeting by the most thoughtful and courteous host at the drive through window. Her smile was contagious. She complimented my hair and was just so friendly overall. My meal was hot, fresh and very delicious and she even hand delivered it to my car. This lady needs to be rewarded for her top-notch customer service and professionalism. She went above and beyond. This Bojangles experience made my day! I did not catch her name but I want to tell her that she’s doing a great job!
