I visit this location on some mornings and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt as not all of the morning staff are rude and lack Customer Service, but this morning I went to get a cappuccino and once I receive it, a large cappuccino was halfway full, and the rest the was full of foam!
My total came to a little over five dollars. I gave the cashier (young lady, Hispanic decent, valentine design french tip nails on) $ and because the change was only $.13 she questioned if I really wanted my change because it was only $.13 and had an attitude about it. I don’t care if it was two pennies you give a customer their change or you ask them, if they want whatever Lil change is left over!? The $.13 is not the issue. It’s the principle and the fact that she gave me an attitude because I asked her about my change.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced bad customer service at this location and I just will not be going back.
I recommend early risers to try to get up a little earlier and go to a location that has better customer service and food service.
I tried calling a manager, but no one wanted to answer the phone.

For 2 employees in there and absolutely no customers ALL the tables should be clean. Yet there wasn’t 1 clean. The women’s bathroom the door doesn’t lock and was out of hand soap. My drink wasn’t made properly AT ALL and paying such high price $7.16 for 1 drink you would think that it would be made exactly how it is ordered. I didn’t make any changes to mine, it is a standard menu drink. Triple Frozen triple mocha coffee and there was nothing triple about the mocha and she completely forgot to put the cocoa powder on it and I had to ask for it. Absolutely shameful! Do better! Y’all should reimburse me!

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had at any Dunkin location. I visited this store at 17330 Old Highway 50, Clermont, FL 34711, and waited over 35 minutes on Saturday, November 1st (11:45am-12:20pm) in the drive-thru while employees ignored customers. Each car sat for nearly 10 minutes at the speaker without a greeting, and I watched more than a dozen cars drive away in frustration because the line was not moving. When I finally reached the speaker, I had to speak first because no one acknowledged me. I ordered an iced latte with sweet cold foam, but they were out, so I asked for cinnamon powder instead.
At the window, the employee named Amanda was silent, rude, and completely unprofessional. She never greeted me or apologized for the long wait or asked if I had everything. When I noticed my drink was missing the cinnamon and asked about it, i had to wait longer for her to come back o the window to acknowledge me. Then her response was, “Dunkalattes don’t come with cinnamon.” After I explained that I had added it as an extra, she looked irritated, took my drink, and poured an excessive amount of cinnamon powder into it, which seemed a little spiteful & thus making it undrinkable.
The staff showed zero urgency or respect for customers. There’s clearly not a manager there. I think they would prefer no customers – which is exactly what was happening. Everyone just kept driving away because they didn’t want to help us. This store lost many customers today because of poor service and careless employees. Management should take action.

Went in the store, it was empty, people work in there look like they don’t want to be here, probably the manager need to pay them or monitor their actions, also all the tables were dirty. I had to clean my own table. I was surprised because she was sitting down and there was nobody in the store and it looks like there was nobody for a while.

I’ve tried so many times to give this dunkin another shot. I’m left disappointed every time. The coffee isn’t ever made right. The snackin bacon is not ever cooked. I’m always rushed out of the drive thru. It sucks because this is the closest one to me. Do better.

Pulled up to drive thru speaker. Manager Stephanie, with blond hair in a tight ponytail was smoking inside the back door of the building. I placed my order and pulled forward. As I sat for the next 8-9 I watched this younger girl doing EVERYTHING! She was taking drive thru orders, front counter orders, and was making the food all by herself. I thought this to be wrong as I just seen the manager smoking in the backdoor. So when I paid,I asked the girl “Are you alone? Are you doing all this alone?” She said “My managers here” I replied ” oh the lady outback smoking?” She had said yes. After payment I waited about 5 min and here comes the manager. And get this, SHE’S Angry! She slings the widow open, asked me if the food she had was mine, when I said yes, she flung the bags at me. She then proceeded to slam the widow so hard it bounced back open some, and I then yelled you forgot my drink, which she did. She threw her hands up said and yelled she’d get it in a min and slammed the windows again. I truly will never come back to this location after the treatment. Im sorry her cigarettes and whoever she was on the phone with was more important then the job she had and leaving an employee alone. Ill definitely make sure this gets up to higher management.

This place is the worst of the dunkin donuts. Unfortunately doordash picks this one because it’s right up the street. Over the course of the last two years my wife has continued to order from this place even though I gave up a long time ago. The food and drink has gotten so bad I felt I had to finally say something. First, the breakfast sandwiches are terrible. Literally every other fast food restaurant has better choices and quality. The bacon is a cross between something old or burnt. The eggs don’t taste like real eggs and they seemed to forget what a croissant is. The cold coffee options is like a cold bitter cup of water with a shot of piss and expresso. You will find better in ANY other store. They seem to enjoy hot chocolate 1980s style because it’s a too large cup of hot water with a packet of Swiss miss. Just terrible. 90% of the time via doordash if you choose surprise me, you will get the most unimagined selection of donuts NOBODY likes or wants so they can get rid of them. The only half decent job they did was the microwave job on the tater tots. The cold new age hipster drinks are no better, the juices are bitter and the new age teas are badly mixed and taste bad like no one there was trained how to make them right. For an established franchise that’s been around over 40 years you would think that the service and options would have gotten better but no. This is Literally the worst option you can make for breakfast and treats. There are many other options near by that will actually be worth your money that arent less of an equivalent to opening a box of store bought entemans donuts and microwaving a water with a half packet of flavoring. I swear this place is still around because it’s on the way to the turnpike.

I understand if they are out of something they need to substitute something, but at least mention it to the customer. I ordered a croissant sandwich and i was given a very burnt everything bagel, that isn’t close and definitely not what I would have agreed to substitute. The only thing consistent with Dunkin is they are all consistently awful

I wouldn’t feed this food to a stray animal. Lowest quality food imaginable. Everything tasted like it was all made with chemicals in a lab. Breakfast sandwich, donuts, coffee, all tasted terrible. There needs to be a complete executive/management overhaul of the Dunkin Donuts company. I don’t see how executives are keeping their jobs…I will never return to a Dunkin Donuts again…
