Good location closer to many other shops and restaurants. Went to Safeway and wanted to pick something for dinner and came to this subway outlet. It was a weekday and this place was fully empty. Parking was awesome . Lots of space outside to park.
Service was quick .. the kid inside was quick to take order and did it well. Price wise it was ok veggies were good but some of them could have been fresh . Veg patty was awesome.. nice dinner . Became a bit soggy by the time I took it home .. it was ok though . Good experience overall .. 4 stars …

This was an absolute waste of money. This location usually is pretty conservative with the fillings, but our sandwiches tonight 11/04/25 5:35 pm, were extra dissapointing. Barely any meat didn’t even cover the whole sandwich, my bread was so toasted i couldnt eat half of it because it was hard as a rock. Barely any sauce when i asked for extra, and each topping maybe had two pieces. Not worth $15. If it was one sandwich i get it, but all three in our order were like this. It was so gross and will not be coming back to this location. If the owners cared about customer retention, they would address this issue that is pretty uniform across all reviews.

Place is clean but the gentleman making the sandwich was barely put any meat, was slamming the sandwiches around and just being rude and aggressive. Regret no going to the one on 164th and bothell Everett hwy. If I could give zero stars I would.

The steak they used for the Steak Philly wrap is nothing like the type displayed on their menu photo. The pale looking steak in my wrap is not only barely cooked but is extremely plain and tasteless, not to mention horrible texture. Clearly not the same type of steak being promoted on the menus. Never buying anything with steak from subway again. Would’ve given 1 star but I still like the footlong subs I usually buy hence the extra stars.

The food was definitely not worth the $43 dollars my husband and I spent to dine in one day this past week. They didn’t tell us that we could have gotten a drink a sandwich and bag of chips for $7 something each instead let us go ahead and pay $20 something each for a sandwich and soda. Disappointed in the prices for a product not worth the price. If it had tasted better I wouldn’t mind the price so much. We didn’t know about the deal on the pkg meal until too late. Seems like they could have mentioned it beforehand I don’t know

So frustrated right now. My husband got us lunch here today and all I wanted was a regular Philly cheese. What I got was the Philly meant with Colby cheese. That’s it. Not the correct cheese, no sauce. It’s completely dry. Nothing else that’s supposed to be on it. And then I spent 20 minutes trying to call them to have it fixed. Nothing. The one time they picked up they immediately hung up. I didn’t even get to say hello. Now I’ve got a sandwich here that isn’t what I ordered that cost $15 and no way to see if they’d even fix it. I even had to order double meat just to have the normal meat portion on it.

Food is good, and with the price when you hop on one of the deals. In-person service is good, but don’t bother calling in because they don’t answer their phone… Ever. The atmosphere is typical Subway which is 90’s cafeteria so don’t expect comfort. Still, a great place for straightforward carry-out!

Went in with a coupon for the 3 for 19.99 and they guy working looked at me weird, there is also a cover for the meat items, which makes it so I can’t see how much meat is being put on the sandwich, that’s very frustrating as I like to see what is being put on my sandwich, I then ask for my second sandwich to be the steak and cheese item and he gives me a rotisserie chicken sandwich and I had only noticed once I got home, and during the whole process it seemed he only understood like half of what I was telling him (he was the only one working there) I was tempted to just walk out but i didn’t want to be rude, and the amount of veggies he put was very small. After I had eaten 2 of the sandwiches, my stomach had become very upset and I was in the bathroom for hours.. definitely won’t be going back.
