Food wasn’t bad, it is cheaper than other pho place because the portion is also smaller. But it was fulfilling enough for lunch. Plently of broth and noodle. My raw beef came overcooked because their broth was really hot. If you want your raw beef to be a little on the tender side, maybe try asking for it on the side.
Their chilli oil is good and I do like the fried taro chips.
Staff was really nice but service was still lacking since it was just one lady at the front.
We waited awhile to order. And our order were missed so we didn’t get all the food we ordered, and our tea didn’t get refilled, etc. Staff seems to try her best though, that wasn’t a problem at all. Maybe they just need an extra hand or two at lunch time.
The place was dark and have a musky smell to it like that of an old building mixed with a little mold, and a little urine. It wasn’t pleasant, but I’m also very sensitive to smell.
My friend like her food a lot more than me, she got lemongrass chicken pho. I do agreed hers tasted better than mine.
I most likely will not be returning. But if you are not that sensitive to smell, it is a good option for a cheap hot bowl of noodle.

The Pho was one of the best I’ve ever had! My server didn’t know English very well but he was super kind and tried his best. No one greeted me at the door and I had to walk up to the bar to get service and that’s where you pay when you’re done eating as well. Food was prompt and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

We ordered Pork Spring Rolls (2 Rolls) as appetizer, and Pho With Briskets & Tendons for each person.
We requested to have the bean sprouts cooked. They were nice & fresh. It would be better if they could switch the lemon wedges back to lime wedges.
The Spring Rolls were very crispy and tasty. The Broth was hot enough but a bit salty. The Soup Noodles portions were generous. Beef Briskets were good but only very few tendons (just 2 small pieces I could recall…..).
Service was attentive. Servers were very friendly but busy.
Restaurant environment was comfortable.

I had a really nice experience at Pho Mimosa. The food was flavorful but not too heavy, making it very enjoyable to eat. Portions were satisfying, and everything tasted fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Phở Mimosa is a great place for Vietnamese food. The flavors are well-balanced, not too salty, and very comforting. The staff are friendly and welcoming, which makes the dining experience even better. I really enjoyed the food and will definitely come back.

Nice quiet restaurant. The presentation of food was cute. I Got the bun bo hue and it had much more of a fishy taste and not much heat, my partner got a salad with pork and chicken, the chicken was amazing! And my sister in law had vermicelli with beef ribs and she loved it, the spring rolls were also great. Fish sauce has some kick to it. Over all it was a good relaxing meal!

Rather good but felt service and staff could be more engaging or share a smile. It almost felt like customers weren’t the main focus but rather taking care of online/phone orders and food picked up by various service providers.

My spicy lemongrass pho soup was steaming hot and just the right spice level with a great kick! Servings were huge that 2 or 3 people probably could’ve shared one bowl (atleast 2 for sure). Everything we ordered was delicious! Son has a peanut allergy so they were very careful to not cross contaminate.
