Horrible. Scared to eat the chicken sandwich that I got because it is obviously not the normal chicken used to make these sandwiches. I eat Wendy’s on a weekly basis. I know what I’m eating and putting in my mouth. The sandwich I received tonight was far from the sandwich that I have eaten my entire life. Did you run out of chicken and heat up a frozen Tyson chicken patty?? Do you people think we are SO STUPID AND INCOHERENT that we can’t tell the difference between a sandwich we’ve been eating our entire life and whatever I just attempted to eat? This Wendy’s is not serving you what you think you want to eat. It’s trash. It’s not food. It’s cardboard at best. You’re wasting your money and quite a bit of your time as well.

Worst Wendy’s EVER! SMH. Man I am sooo disappointed. Twice I had to pay for a chocolate frosty just to be disappointed amongst other “replacements”. My DoorDasher had to deal with hearing, “Nope, we don’t have that either, nope, we ran out”. 2 days in a row! I will NEVER order from here again. I am ALWAYS fair with reviews but this Wendy’s is by far the worst in Fayetteville.

This is not my first visit to this location but it will be my last. I placed a mobile order on the app for carryout for a salad and one burger. I waited over 20 minutes for my food to actually be ready. At the 15 minute mark, I walked up to the counter and after the front counter girl had her back to the front and didn’t turn around for a couple minutes, barely speaking to me when she did and asked for the status of my order telling the time I placed it. She disappeared without a word, and then came back returning to her back facing me restarting a task before turning around again and saying they were working on it. Five minutes later, she brings up the bags, says the name for the order, barely loud enough to hear from the lobby and walks away immediately without another word. After getting in the car and opening the food 5 minutes away, I found that the chicken on my salad was hard, dry, cold and inedible, I couldn’t impale a single piece with a fork. Coming from a previous manager in food service, this is absolutely an unacceptable way for staff to behave and for food to be presented to a customer.

We found a nail in my sons food it was a big mail this why fast food restaurant need to stop allowing they coworkers to have on the manager Cory I believe this hap that’s what he said heavy didn’t even say sorry this is not acceptable we still haven’t even received our money back we r homeless so we didn’t have nothing to eat that night because of this I work for a fast food restaurant and we don’t serve our customers like this. This is unsanitary this is disgusting now what would have happened if my son ate that nail and shocked not a good day for the person who owns that nail. Please please please let’s do better this is why fast food restaurant have to be careful and listen to they policy no nails this happened at the Wendy’s on 6910 cliffdale road Fayetteville nc.

Always good, fresh, fast food. Last time I was there I saw a hiring sign in the window. The manager didn’t get my number or offer me a job and that’s why they get four stars other than that food is always timely and usually as expected.

Apparently an e-scooter isn’t allowed in this 5 Star restaurant. I was told I couldn’t bring it in, and to leave it outside. Now mind you, it’s no bigger than a checked in suitcase, literally smaller than a baby stroller. I’d understand if it was one of those gas, sit down, scooters. I wish I’d caught the manager’s name, but I just said, “ Ok, I’ll eat somewhere else.” And I had a taste for a JBC The bad part about it, I held the door open for her to come in with supplies from her car with one hand and the scooter with the other…Wendy’s, make that make sense…

This restaurant is all about customer service. I have never been disappointed and have ordered food here many times over the last year. The staff is friendly and welcoming and will go above and beyond. They don’t get the order wrong either. I think exceptional is a good word for this Wendy’s.
