Ordered: 2 plain quarter pound burgers, basket of frys, 2 cokes.
Took 31 minutes as person as manger was busy being totally loud an boisterious with friends. Person at counter taking orders continuously picking a black markings on face then going to prep occasional order. Fries were not as ordered but cooked, burgers were so greasy it dripped from the buns through to stain my pants. Even the lousy cokes taste of mutiple other beverages making cleanliness suspect. Ice was almost missing and melted in less than 5 min. Its amazing this place is still open. Highly suggest the hidden shopper visit this operation for complete employee change out and a health dept visit.

The staff completely ignored the patrons waiting to place or confirm orders from the virtual kiosk. They did get my special order right, but the lack of customer service and wait would inhibit a return visit to this location.

I cannot believe what a great experience we had today at McDonalds. My nephew celebrated his birthday there today. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond. Kelly and the whole team were so sweet. I wish I knew all their names to give them a huge shout out. The restaurant was super clean and they made our complex orders without one error. Food was hot and delicious. Thank you Andrews McDonalds!!!

First breakfast sandwich had egg shells in it. And the second breakfast sandwich from the same order was raw. If you can’t get McDonald’s right how do you plan on getting through life period like come on. If you don’t want to work at McDonald’s go to dollar general or something.

This store is amazing. It’s the same McD food as normal anywhere. It’s the people that make the difference. Been going here nearly daily since Oct 2024. Every time has been a good experience and most times great. The order accuracy is nearly 100% too. Whoever does hiring is doing splendid. This person(s) should be doing the hiring for the govt. Actually I’ve said before, that these people at McD should be put in charge of govt positions and the people in the govt should be over here at McD. Because this McD has proven they actually care about people, it’s not just a job. Thank you ANDREWS, SC MCD! May you all be blessed!
