I ate inside the restaurant for lunch on Tuesday, July 22nd. I ordered four hardshell tacos. My food was prepared quickly and was obviously fresh when I started in on it. About halfway through inhaling my first taco, I noticed an absurdly gorgeous amount of ground beef in the taco. I marveled at its beauty and felt hints of nirvana as I continued to ram that baby into my eagerly awaiting gut, much like a baby bird reaching upward to vacuum in its mother’s regurgitated fish. Then, I started into my second taco… reliving the magical core memory I just experienced when I finished the first bloated meat morsel taco moments earlier. I soon realized the second taco was just as lovely and alluring as the last! ALL four tacos were built, created, and nurtured into their flawless existence with such care and perfect balance of ingredients, I had to control myself from going into the kitchen and hugging each Taco John’s team member. I controlled myself as I left, fighting the insatiable urge to ask for their autographs on my receipt. Easily the best Taco John’s experience I was blessed to have lived! Keep it up guys (and gals) who work there! You are all ROCKSTARS! Take a look at the picture I included in this review… but don’t stare at her too long, one cannot handle that much excellence without shedding a tear.

Let’s play a game called just how incompetent do you need to be to work at the little falls Taco John’s.
Ordered a 4 cheese quesadilla and got chicken.
Two medium diet mountain dews and got ye small full sugar mountain dews.
Nearly every time I’ve ordered nacho cheese dip for my Olés I’ve paid for it and not received it.
From now on I’ll just make the drive to the taco John’s in Rice if I want a quesadilla so badly.

Just went through the drive-through got my order here. My sour cream for my potato lays is smashed into my bag without any lid left in the bag at all and then I called the manager and she hangs up the phone on me rude place. Don’t recommend don’t eat there.

Placed a mobile order for pick up. 10:14 pm arrived at 10:18pm. they have posted on the door and online they are open until 11pm when I got there to pick up my order no one answered on the coms so I pulled up to the window they saw me and actively avoided coming to the drive thru window, I could hear them laughing and saying “yo that’s the mobile order” Then when I called the store they said they close at 10pm. If you close at 10 then update your hours. And turn off mobile orders.

Waited almost 20 minutes to have cold food. No meat hardly in my burrito. Literally looked like less than a tablespoon. Husband’s tacos were mushy from the liquid sitting all over them. For who knows how long. Just disgusting. Will never go there again. Dont go!

Drive through putting our orders in, received our order after leaving the drive-through, and parked near the entrance. we looked over our food never fails half the food was there asked for hot and mild sauce nope went in,i told them what happened and 4 peoplelooked at me like SO i told them about the sauce its not in my bag l again looked at me so its over their and i told them i was in the drive through it should have been it there ,angry 6 people inside laughing making comments about what they missed they looked it up on the screen and guess what they screwed up…

1 star is a compliment to how we were treated!
We drive up to a dark drive thru, we pulled through only because we needed to turn around and see the open sign, so I Google hours, they close at 11 (on Saturday night) and it was 9:05-ish so we pulled back through and ordered off the dark menu, as they did answer when we pulled up.
After being so rushed to order that we couldn’t even finish what we wanted via intercom we pulled up as instructed and completed the order in person.
While waiting about 10 minutes for our (wrong) food, we witnessed employees sitting on the counter scrolling on their phones.
When our order comes out we pulled away because there was a huge impending storm and we needed to get out of town towards our destination.
A few miles down the highway we realize they completely neglected to give us nacho cheese and the entire kids meal.
The Potatoes were cooked wrong and they were giant clumps of mushy potatoes. I realize sometimes a few stick together, but this was 20 stuck in a clump and mushy in the middle with a couple extras tossed on top of the clump in the bowl.
I have reached out via the survey they ask customers to fill out, including all of my contact info and requesting a call. No call.
I have reached out via social media to corporate, and they keep telling me the franchisee will contact me, and in several weeks that has not happened. I have had to dispute the charge via my credit card because they refuse to do basic customer service.
Just terrible.

Was like a high school party going on in the kitchen, 6 people working and they forget my to go order because the drive through was busy. Gave me the cold soggy food and said have a nice night. Love taco John’s just not this location

The burrito was cold and mostly tortilla with very little meat/cheese. But the service “front of the house staff” were exceptionally kind and professional. I’ll definitely return because great staff is hard to find and the less than great food was probably a fluke.
