This place has potential great location for a business. I must say I have lived in this area for 18 years. The place is truly hit or miss but the attitude on the staff can best be summed up as don’t bother me. I speak both English and Spanish so not a language barrier just a general attitude of don’t bother me. We went this morning for breakfast and the soda was flat. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s. The management at the Route 46 location was extremely rude and had a very high level of attitude. It’s honestly hard to understand how a franchise allows people like this to represent their company.
A manager denied a teenager a single sauce packet unless he paid 50 cents, even after he had already made a purchase. She made a point to loudly say she could “lose her job over 50 cents,” which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
When it came time for me to place my own order, I was also told I had to pay for a packet of hot sauce. The interaction was so unpleasant that I canceled my order entirely.
Customer service was nonexistent, and the attitude from management was unacceptable. Management at this location needs serious retraining on how to treat customers.

Unfortunately, I did not get the manager’s name before canceling my order, but the date and time should help identify who was on duty.
I strongly advise staying away from this location.

Ordering went good until it was time to get my order one worker on the whole shift spoke English was trying to get the cup for the drink I payed for and the lady was just trying to ring me up another drink all staff was extremely rude learn Spanish or go somewhere else

Waiting in line for service no one would serve me Spanish guy walks in behind me they tell me use kiosk and serve him ,kiosk don’t work i ask for help they act funny . So I tell them to cancel my order. And l ask was it canceled then more attitude I just confirmed and left they will never get my money . Ands I own a business down the street horrible people horrible service

Great service! The workers were friendly and patient. Had my nephew place his own order and he was a bit shy about it. He was happy with his combo meal and I enjoyed my one item too. Just what we needed to help us get through the rest of our daily drive. Nothing particularly special about this spot, but a good choice for our quick road trip stop.

For a fast food hamburger Dave’s double is king . Good fries and well ran franchise. Service was quick and accurate. No complaints when asking for packet ketchup.

My first time going to this location with 2 starving kids after school, however something went wrong with my mobile order, and after trying for a while the live chat and phone calls through the app with definitely no answers! Very frustrating and upset especially kids were very hungry. When I was just about to spend the money again and place a new order, Cathy (Kathy) came out and asked, after explaining to her, she helped to solve the problem right away, we got our food within a minute! Truly appreciate her for helping out, will definitely be back! All the crews are friendly and sweet, the setup at this location was very cozy!
