The employees are educated about the selection of coffee grounds and informative with any questions you have. The employees definitely deserve tips! It takes some time to perfect their craft. Worth the price, you get what you pay for and the employees hustle so your not wanting long. The store seems to always be extremely busy but they keep everything moving a long. I enjoyed a wide variety of different coffee hot and cold. Also enjoyed the food served, atmosphere is calm and a good place to catch up on some work you procrastinated on. Great location. Great asset to the city of portage.

The lady working at the drive-through who was bundled all up in a black coat, gloves, and hat (I’m sorry, I don’t know her name) is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. The other day, I ordered my birthday drink on my phone and picked it up at the drive-through. I know she didn’t know it was my birthday, but her kind words meant the world to me!

Went here with my boyfriend for our anniversary, and the staff was extremely kind! Our drinks were perfect and there was such a positive vibe flooding this location! Starbucks can be hit or miss, but we are happy to report that we loved it here!

This is honestly the friendliest, nicest Starbucks that I’ve ever been to. The lady working the cash register was so friendly, and as I waited for my drink, staff members checked with me to make sure everything was OK. I was very impressed with the quality of service in the store. I got a hot chai tea latte that was also perfection.

Ordered a Dubai Matcha with “very light ice” moments ago
I recieved my drink which was at least 1/3rd of nothing but ice. I handed it back to the ancient woman at the drive through window that audibly went “uhhhhh ok” like she was completely confused.
Seconds later I was handed my drink back, clearly flipped upside down into another cup of matcha, as the ice was on the bottom of the cup and the dubai chocolate foam, the entire point of this drink, was now just slop mixed in with the rest of the drink. The woman at the window said “have a BEAUTIFUL day” in the most sarcastic voice possible when handing me this clearly garbage looking drink
I was too tired to further argue for literally just what I ordered and took my crappy drink.
Horrible location, and not the first time I’ve had to send a drink back for having the most basic aspects of it being made incorrectly. Will be trying the new location in Portage instead

One of the best Starbucks stores out there. Staff is always friendly and drinks are always perfect. I know that most if not all of the Starbucks probably using the same ingredients, but this particular store always makes the drinks very tasteful.

Definitely one of the better Starbucks in NWI! Everything I’ve ordered here has always been correct, no matter how complicated. Even more importantly, they are consistent with the regular stuff. The staff is always friendly and during these COVID times…masked up. The drive thru can get packed quick, which is the only downside really.
To anybody going here for the first time, watch out for the drive thru curb. I’ve seen a few cars turn into it when pulling into the parking lot and when the try to pull to the right when leaving the drive thru. Just a heads up.

This looks like a newer Starbucks, the dining area inside is larger than most Starbucks, it also has a nice seating area outside.
Both inside and outside were clean. The service was friendly, fast, and efficient.
My order consisted of oatmeal and iced tea. Both were prepared just as I ordered, and both tasted great.
It was another lovely Starbucks experience. Thank you Starbucks!
