It can truly be hit or miss with this location. There are days where the food is perfect… then there are times where carelessness ensues. I usually don’t review places but this specific situation made me do so. We had ordered the crispy chicken cantina taco combo. Both cantina chicken tacos came with the most pathetic scoop of chicken, you get more weight to the normal crunchy tacos. Hopefully quality improves because we go here frequently enough.

The restaurant was clean and the person who took our order, Christian, was wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable about products. The food came out really fast, the way Taco Bell used to be, and was exactly the way we ordered it. The best Taco Bell locations around. Christian was absolutely amazing. Josh was awesome as well. Very nice, hardworking staff.
I worked for Taco Bell several years ago as a multi unit manager so I tend to pay attention to detail.

ZERO⭐️⭐️⭐️02/06/2026 – If you’re craving fast food, this is not the place. Time moves differently here. The drive-thru and inside both operate at a speed best described as existential. Bring snacks. Maybe a book.
The real heartbreak, though, was the atmosphere. One employee (Mia) openly berated her coworkers in front of customers like it was part of the dinner show. The rest of the staff…some clearly new and in training—looked stressed, uncomfortable, and defeated. It felt less like a restaurant and more like a workplace intervention waiting to happen.
I genuinely felt bad for the employees and honestly for the customers, too. This location is going downhill fast, and unless something changes, there won’t be anyone left behind the counter except chaos and bad vibes.

Im so sick of over paying for garbage. Ten dollars for a tiny order of fries and a burrito supreme that was the farthest thing from supreme that a burrito could get. It is complete bullshit that what I pay for vs what I get can be so far off. What I got was a 90 bean burrito with onions and about a tablespoon of actual ingredients. I WILL NEVER GO TO YOUR RESTAURANT AGAIN. Fast food has completely jumped the shark and is now expensive slop disguised as food. Im done. Go home and make tacos yourself. It’s going to be way better than what Taco Bell calls food.

I was too scared to speak out but seeing people experience the same I want to talk about my experience with the employee Joselyna. First, the service was slow. I waited nearly 25 minutes, when she arrived to the cash register she seemed completely out of it and was not at all focused on the transaction. She was speaking in a mean way and then ignoring me for almost a minute before acknowledging my presence again.
When I received my order, it was wrong. I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, and I received two basic soft tacos instead. When I politely pointed out the error, Joselyna just looked at me and continued to ring other customers. This was unacceptable behavior not only was the order changed without my consent, but she didn’t even bother to apologize or offer a refund for the price difference. The attitude was dismissive and uncaring.Because of this frustrating encounter, I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. Management needs to address the lack of speed and, more importantly, the poor customer service provided by Joselyna.

Very nice staff and a great location that was recently redone. Service was fast and all of my food was correct. Definitely a good taco bell to stop at if you need to grab a bite to eat. The best fast food breakfast there is for sure, definitely in terms of value.

The Grande Nacho Box is Awesome. Yes, I do order it almost everytime. It taste different at every location Like this one has really good fresh Chips. It was all FRESH.. SUPER FAST SERVICE.. EMPLOYEES SUPER NICE. I will return to this location in the future. Super clean Restroom Thank you

I don’t think this is how a quesadilla is supposed to look ! And all the pieces of steak are in one section of the shell. Can’t believe the one job you have is to make food and you can’t even do that. Just go sit at home ! No one was even there why would you rush ? Don’t waste your money here
