This is a great hidden spot. I ordered the steak and cheese, it was good (but pricey $20). Asked for mayo, not sure if there was any on it. Only complaint might be the bread. Had good flavor and was soft but got soggy and the outside was a little chewy. Probably will try the italian when I go back.

Steak tips stir fry. Steak tips were med rare and tender. Veggies were cooked perfectly with a little crunch on them. The stir fry sauce had a ton of flavor. And the braided roll made the sandwich.

Continuing on our food run today of ‘Mike’s (Mike Sarno) mentionable munchies of Medford MA, we were told we HAD TO HAVE an italian sub. Where do you go?, Only to Bob’s Italian on Main St! Gus Benavides took the first bite and said, ‘you’re going to love this!’ Sure did love it! We just ordered an italian sub. We let them make it with whatever they normally put in it. I am telling you….. In Coco’s World, BEST EVER! Resounding flavors….. pickles, hot cherry peppers, crusty bread, large flavorful sliced tomatoes, mortadella, ham, salami and who knows what else that makes this spectacular!!!! Yes, worth the trip! Subs are made quickly, parking right in front of the restaurant, reasonably priced. Great italian market also. Sliced deli meats on request. Fresh pasta in coolers. I am telling you, if you are craving an italian sub….. you will love this.

DO NOT give Bobs service or waste your time. They will overcharge you (even when you ask why the price is high BEFORE you pay), and then not provide any credit or refund for THEIR mistake. To add injury, I called and spoke with a manager right after leaving when I saw the receipt had the wrong charge- she wouldn’t provide her name because she knew I was going to give a review. They’re phony and charging you blindly for food that wasn’t even prepared well.
Customer service is non existent here and the expectation does not meet the reputation. TERRIBLE

Bobs catered a family party with around 80 people. We’re the quintessential Italian-Irish family, so food is the main attraction at any holiday/event. Their food was delicious, on par with home cooking by me or any one of my aunts. I ordered too much and ended up dropping 3 full trays at a homeless shelter, so everyone ate well! Dealing with Tony was easy, food was delivered on time, fresh and hot.

The best Submarine sandwiches you can find in greater Boston served in giant portions. I have learned only to buy the small sandwich roll which is large enough for three meals. Non metered street parking. For years I have brought my family Submarine sandwiches and larger Italian meals from this deli. They have a large staff and an impressive deli and meat counter. Highly recommended
