I’ve eaten a lot of different Zaxby’s over the years, but I’ve got to say that this is the absolute best Zaxby’s there is. Always friendly always fresh food. They are family. The manager staff.

Really disappointing paying for extra sauces not receive them. Didn’t get the bread we ordered. Was told only resolution was to drive all the way back show receipts. Waited a long time to get ordered messed up. The team member I spoke to was very unpleasant. Will go out of the way to avoid this location in the future. Sauces and missing items is disappointing but being polite would have made all the difference.

I came in to sit and eat. I stood at the register for about 2-3 minutes with no greeting. She looked but never said “hello, I’ll be right with you” or nothing. No sorry for your wait. Get our food. Chicken was hot but fries were not hot, almost warm to cold.

This visit was disappointing and frustrating. Chicken fingers were only room temperature. The fries weren’t warm either. Squishy. Gross. Tasted like they just been sitting under a warmer getting soggy. I don’t understand how a manager looks at food coming out of the kitchen and still send it out when it’s so mediocre. I at least want food hot. And the app is infuriating! I check the drive-thru pickup option but they still make me pull into curbside parking & wait. Pre-ordering on the app is pointless if it takes longer to get my food then if I would have skipped the app. And then to get food that’s not even hot? The same scenario happened the week prior, order thru the app for drive-thru pickup but they made me pull over in curbside and wait longer than it should have taken and still the food was lukewarm. When your main food is chicken fingers and fries, how do you not get those correct??? I even called the store because I was so frustrated and left a message and after a week, still no one has called back. The app is a mess, & they need a manager to actually manage the food in the kitchen.

I ordered the Zack’s kids chicken fingers meal and it was $5.39 + tax. As you can see by the photos this is what you get for a little over $6. I would hate to see if this is what you had to feed like a 7 to 12 year-old hungry child this. I ordered this for myself because I really wasn’t hungry but I had no idea this was the size of it and as you can see by the X2 chicken fingers that you do get, they’re no bigger than the ranch dressing sitting beside it. And you get like 9 or 10 pieces of french fry and the drink is like 5oz with the ice. And the meal was cold, not even Luke warm.

Very good food. Got the cob fried cobb salad and fried pickles. It was very good. Employees were very friendly. The prices were very reasonable.
