Late night purchase around 10:00 pm. Food was not prepared to order. Called to let them know. They refused to talk to me. Said someone else (who was never seen) told me they were out of some of the items. Argued that the order was prepared properly. The store manager was informed at the window, order station, and on phone that this was the first time ordering it by myself, but it didn’t look like the one a neighbor bought for me, nor the ones in the online descriptions with images.
She insisted that I tell her how it was supposed to be prepared and if I couldn’t then she would tell her boss that it was prepared correctly. She proceeded to argue, threaten to hang up, did hang up, and upset me causing excess and undue frustration and anxiety.
She knows a picture was taken. She helped with the order. Loaded Beef Nachos.
When asked for the contact information for corporate, she said that she did not know how to contact them but the information could be found online. She said that I would have to look for it after refusing to help me find it. Independent efforts to look for it were not successful.

If I could give a zero I would. This place should be shut down. My wife and I placed a order to dine in. The young guy call my name and has a small cup and small box and said here is your order. I said nope we ordered multiple items and 2 drinks. A little while later order ready no cups for drinks. Got my cups and sat down to a burnt Mexican pizza and nacho belle grande with a squirt of sour cream in the corner of the tray. 3 tacos just thrown together with all the sour cream on one side of shell. Had a chulapa in the bag that we did not order. Did not get the cinnamon twist we ordered. So go to the counter and to get new Mexican pizza and cinnamon twist. The girl behind the counter ask the guy what was wrong like it was a problem for her. Finally got the Mexican pizza and cinnamon twist and everything just was poorly made and did not taste good at all. Then the other guy behind the counter called my name and said my order was ready. I looked up at him and says oh y’all already sitting down eating.WOW!!!!! These young kids don’t know what they are doing. It’s really sad to see.

Then one worker is loudly bashing a customer while other customers including myself are standing in the store. Not professional in any manner. Customer service isn’t an easy business but wow.

Honestly one of the worst times to go. 12/15 2:20pm I ordered through the app, burrito barely had any potatoes in it, maybe like 2 or 3 potato chunks, a cheesy gordita crunch is not prepared like a regular taco with the gordita crunch sauce in the taco, its supposed to be prepared like a cheesy gordita crunch, its happened to me before but I let it slide but not this time, the short kid working the register and seems like working the kitchen too, you need better employees who know how to actually make the food right.

Extremely rude staff. Their hours are posted until midnight on fridays. This was at 830PM. Their door is unlocked. We opened it and the tall female working just made that finger across throat gesture and just yelled “Uh Uh” as in NO and Get out. She needs to be fired. VERY RUDE. If you aren’t open, or if drive thru only is open- post a sign, lock your door. And have some human courtesy and say “sorry sir, we are closed in the inside- but the drive thru is open. “ UPDATE: after waiting 30 minutes in their drive thru, when I finally got to the ordering voice box, I was told they are no longer taking orders because they only have 2 People. However they took orders from people in front of me and behind me- they claimed they were mobile orders. However there was one gentleman behind me where they took his order at the box, so they were just lying and refusing service. The “borrowed” managers name was Joseph, and he refused to give his last name but said he used to be in the Air Force. And the female said her name was Mia Lincoln.

Always have to pull around instead of just having the food given to me at the window. Pulling around get me stuck in the parking lot instead of seamlessly getting back on 190. Food is usually always wrong. I get you guys guys get timed at window but makes the whole idea of drive thru ass

Stopped at this location after leaving the hospital on the way home. I waited at the counter to order and was ignored. Finally the employee who had just taken another order when I was arriving, walked up and said “you can order at the kiosk.” I said, I don’t want to, can I just order please. She pointed again and said “at the kiosk” and walked away.
Got my food and my quesadilla was not even warmed all the way through, barely room temperature. You can see in the picture that the cheese is not even melted.

We literally sat in the drivethru for 10 minutes with no one answering or saying anything. When we pulled up to the window to see what was going on, the two girls working were standing there chatting and told us “Oh, they just needed a second”. they would not take our order at window so we then had to go through again and get stuck behind people that were orginally behind and then continued to wait another 5 minutes while they were again ignoring the car in front of us. All for the robot to end up taking our order, so not sure what exactly was the hold up.

We finally got our food. My supreme tacos has no sour cream nor tomatoes so I had to turn around and go inside to handle it and I walk into the women wearing the headset texting on her phone.
