Obviously had to try the molasses donut—great flavor.
Old Time Donuts is the kind of spot that locals don’t want you to find out about—which usually means it’s worth checking out. I almost skipped it, but after talking to a few people in the area, I turned around and made the stop. Glad I did.
Obviously had to try the molasses donut—great flavor, soft texture with just enough density, and that warm molasses taste that’s hard to find anywhere else. Highly recommend.
The baker/owner is a genuinely sweet person. You can tell this place is a labor of love. It’s not flashy or trying to go viral—it’s just good, honest donuts made with care.
And here’s the nice surprise: the prices are actually very reasonable. After seeing so many places charging $4–$5 for a single donut (looking at you, Holy Donut), this felt refreshingly down-to-earth. You can grab a few without feeling like you’re splurging.
If you’re in the area and want a solid donut that leans classic and flavorful without being overhyped or overpriced, make the stop. The molasses one alone makes it worth it. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m nearby

It’s such a cozy small place. You can get things to go, or eat in. There is even a couch to sit and relax while you drink your coffee, or pick something off the menu.

I love everything about old-timey donuts especially the fact that they have homemade molasses donuts and they have a day-old section. my one complaint is the price I got two regular donuts 6 day old donuts and a coffee for $18!! 2.25 ea For fresh donuts a $2.25 each for day-old donuts totaling a little over $18. I will still definitely go back I just won’t get as much

Visited this morning for a half dozen delightful donuts and they were out of this world. Plain chocolate, molasses, chocolate coconut were our favorites. Maple was good too. Can’t go wrong here!
Edit: maple walnut was up there as a favorite.
