What a wonderful surprise to have such great service. It is incredibly rare to have such a pleasant experience while getting food. Not only was Hailey kind and enthusiastic, she acted as if like we were doing her a favor by ordering food through from her. This is the America I want to live in. What the hell this shit- I’m missing the top of my quesadilla
How did you think it was okay to send out when half of it is still stuck to the top of the quesadilla maker lmao. I would have waited til the line was gone to get a different one, but instead she just cut it and threw it into the bag.
Flavor still slaps but pretty frustrating to not even get a choice to wait for a different one, just hurry up and send me on my way lol

The guy making my burrito today made one of the best ones I’ve ever had. Sometimes the burritos are so overstuffed that you can’t possibly take a bite with all the flavors. This one was so well mixed and not too minimal or too much on any toppings. An incredible feat. Thank you, sir.

The cook must hate her job. Every time I come to this location and she’s working there’s always issues and she’s not very nice either. Always out of plain white rice and always rude when asked if they have any. I may have to find a different burrito spot like Matador or Cafe Mexicali. I don’t think management gives two poops either. $35 for a a tiny burrito, three tacos, and a cheese quesadilla is kinda BS as well. Its never the same price either and I always order the same things.

This place continues to disappoint. Asked for a half chicken half steak bowl. I don’t mind paying a little extra as a steak bowl. But when asked why the portion sizes were so small I was told to do double meat. Ok fine… but when I got home I weighed my bowl compared to my girlfriend’s single serving bowl..: only 3g separated the two. Horriboy dissapointing as we come ere a lot due to my diet restrictions and now I have to find somewhere else to go.

Not Good! No flavor in any of the food. I ordered 2 chicken tacos and 1 barbacoa taco and they tasted the same. Also ordered a side of guacamole and chips and guac tasted like they just put mashed up alvacados in a cup. I’ve been to Chipotle several times (other locations) and it’s never tasted this bad! Also, all tables were dirty. Doesn’t seem like this location cares about much! For this price could have went out for a better dinner some place else. I do not plan on going back, definitely not to this location.

The person making the burrito was not spreading the ingredients out, causing them to pile up in the middle, and had issues with wrapping it. I had to deconstruct and put it back together. I have only gone to chipotle maybe twice ever, similar issue before, I didn’t know this was a common thing. I don’t usually write reviews, and yes, I have worked in retail and in food service. Please spread the ingredients a bit, I swear it helps!! 🙂
