My boyfriend and I get food from here every now and then, and it’s normally good. Today was probably the best sandwich I have ever had from a Subway. The gentleman who made my sandwich took the time and care to repeat my order back to me to ensure I was getting exactly the sandwich I wanted. Then he artfully constructed my sandwiches, so when unwrapped there was only delight and joy. Definitely will have to eat here more often.

On a long drive home from an out-of-state funeral, my grandmother and I anticipated the average Subway experience for a quick sandwich dinner. Our expectations were wildly exceeded by exceptional service from an enthusiastic female employee.
She very kindly accommodated my grandmother (who is hard of hearing) and, without missing a beat, answered questions that may have drawn eye rolls from the typical retail worker. The food quality at this Subway far surpasses that of the typical sandwich shop. Fate brought us to this restaurant, and it was truly a positive light at the end of an otherwise melancholy road trip.

Would put zero stars if i could. lots of issues with this place like not having my orders made correctly ever or like a few weeks ago i ordered online and, they were closing early which i did not know until after i ordered. i did order through doordash and since they were closing at 7, I had to find a way up there to get it in less than 10 minutes when theres a literal snow storm going on. yes i never got my food cancelled my order and they told me i would get my refund from them in 5-7 days. 2 weeks go by so i call again and some employee im otp with says she’ll leave my number with her manager. never ever got a call from them after. so a week later i call again, mind you this is a $35-$45 order, and they tell me after all this time, after i called door-dash and subway multiple times, 3 WEEKS LATER. that they cant do anything and that i had to call door dash again. waste of time and money. and overall the worst service ive had here in canton.

Tonight we tried to order footling flat bread sandwichs and was told they were out of them but we could buy 6in ones to make a foot long. The sandwiches had hardly anything on them and then refused to refill the containers so they just said oops we are out of that. We usually really like subway but this was horrible service and sandwiches.

Came in at 6:45p.m and was told they had no bread but would have some in 40 minutes, come back in 40 minutes later after waiting in the parking lot to be told it would be another 40 minutes and they had a bus coming in that ordered at noon so they probably wouldn’t have any tonight at all after that. More aggravated they didnt tell us this to begin with and made us wait 45 minutes for nothing. Super poor customer service.

Sandwich was good, the girl who helped me def shouldn’t work in customer service. I greeted her coming in and she just stared at me. The rest of our interactions were about the same. Very rude.

I came here with my boyfriend for a lunch date, and got extremely rude service. My boyfriend is Mexican, and the whole time he was ordering they talked to him like he was stupid. Then when it came time to pay, she was rude when we asked for cups. Very frustrating.

I ordered online, when I showed up there were maybe 2 people in line. They told me it would be about 15 minutes. When I went back in 15 minutes later they were JUST beginning to make my food because I’d assume they saw me coming back in.

I enjoy their Flatbread egg and cheese with spinach, mustard, pickles, and a touch of honey mustard. I really love they have the Beligioso Mozz.
