I love chipotle. I was very disappointed. I got a bowl and the rice was hard and salty. The portion wasn’t a full portion. It didn’t even cover half my bowl. The staff seemed like they didn’t care or want to serve me. It was also very dirty . Tables needed to be wiped down and floor swept. Never ordering from this location.

Manager on duty was working the line when I approached for my turn the manager was barely listening to what I said and barely putting any food in the bowl due to moving too fast and when ask for more i was given an attitude, The manager barely wanted to give me any cheese when I ask for more cheese. She responded with a rude remark am I going to pay for ??? I never have these problems in any other chipotle This was a very unpleasing experience. I will not be returning to this location.

Very disappointing and unhygienic experience
I had a really unpleasant experience at this Chipotle. The employee making my bowl was rude, unprofessional, and had a clear attitude from the start. The store was poorly maintained,most of the ingredient bins were empty (no sour cream, no tofu), and there was no effort to refill them.
The portions were extremely small, the rice was undercooked, and there was zero attention to cleanliness. What bothered me the most was seeing lettuce that had fallen outside the bowl being put back into my food, while the prep area itself was dirty and covered with spilled sauces. Tables throughout the restaurant were also unclean.
Overall, the service felt careless and disrespectful, and the hygiene standards were unacceptable. This location seriously needs better staff training, improved cleanliness, and basic customer service.

The cashier displayed an unprofessional attitude and insisted that I eat only whatever food was available and “pay for it in full.” However, when another customer of a similar race arrived, they were offered full food availability. I don’t want to make assumptions, but the difference in treatment was noticeable and concerning.
While customers were still eating, an employee approached a brown customer and told them to leave, stating, “We’re closing at 9:30,” despite the posted store hours clearly indicating the location is open until 11:00 PM. A question to Chipotle, if customers are not welcomed after a certain time, the hours of operation should be updated accordingly.
There were also serious food safety concerns. Food that fell onto the counter was picked up and placed back onto my bowl. When I questioned this, the cashier responded, “What did you see me pick up from the countertop?” and then sarcastically added, “Here, I’ll put it back on the floor, happy?” This behaviour was dismissive, unprofessional, and raises concerns about hygiene standards and food safety oversight.

I always give this place another try, and it always disappoints. I placed my pick up order, set it for 30 minutes ahead. As I was picking up the food, nobody seemed to know of or see the order. The person I spoke to said be right back, never came back to look for the order and started doing something else. I asked the other person that was at the register if they happened to find my order after I continue to stand there for a bit. He then proceeded to just turn around and hand me my order. Why are you having people just stand there if you have their food ready after telling them you didn’t have an order even under that name? They are rude, unresponsive, do not recommend visiting this establishment. Which mind you was also extremely dirty.

Place was so dirty. Planning on reaching out to corporate to report this place. One person with a long line making the food. The other 4 people were standing around. He barely changed his gloves between making the orders and was touching everything with the same gloves. Was pulling up his pants, opening and closing fridge doors and then coming back with the same dirty gloves to grab lettuce and cheese to put on people’s food. I could tell people were uncomfortable. By the time it was mine turn, he had already run those gloves through his pants, the entire counter, different handles and was ready to make my food. Yuck. I politely asked him to change his gloves. Anyhow, this isn’t my first time with this chipotle. Echoing what others have said, the service is trash and the kitchen area was dirty. Will be sure to go in just to take a picture.

digusting is the only way to describe this location. Very sad to see the way chipotle is going with everything. a couple of weeks ago i go to the one in brandford and same thing disgusting. Everything is a mess in this location. Dirty bathrooms, dirty tables food on the floor. whoever the manager is should be embarrassed. The manager obviously doesn’t care. The guac was hard and not ready at all. you’re better off eating on top of a garbage truck. been a chipotle consumer for years and years, always have given them an opportunity. but it’s obvious they simply don’t care.

September 2024. This location is filthy!! Aside from that, this location makes their own rules on what’s included in an order. I ordered 2 kids meals and they refused to include the chips saying “corporate” said to no longer include chips. I frequent in 3 other locations that always include chips without asking. Also, ordering on the app still shows chips are included (see pictures). Management/owner are making their own rules not following franchise rules.

Worst Chipotle ive ever been too. I was waiting fot the employees to take my order for like 10 minutes. After they made my burrito bowl it took them 20 minutes because the cash register was down for whatever reason. When I was finally ready to eat my food, there where no forks, only spoons and there was no working water dispenser. Don’t even get me started on the dirty tables. Overall the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had please dont go here
