I love Sonic, since the 1900’s. Always great, I must say I avoid Sonic only because it’s so hard to communicate. The new whole music playing loud in the parking lot sucks I hate it. I just want to order my food.. not struggle to speak over Alanis Morrsett. I’m in my truck.?! Why do I need music that sucks interrupting my order? Still love it just kill that music thing .. staff.. food everything on point

We pulled into an ordering station and ordered 2 pretzels. The ordering kiosk had a slight delay on finalizing my credit card payment, but it finished eventually. The issue was that it was processing, but the screen was blank. So, I wasn’t sure if it was working or not. The food came out pretty quick after that.

This review is for Cameron specifically. Cameron was the only food runner tonight, and was working so hard, ensuring that every customer had their meal on time and had everything they needed. He was also super sweet. Give him a raise. Management should do better scheduling enough workers on duty. Shout out to him!

specifically writing about how rude mars was. there were issues with the intercom and i couldn’t hear them well and after my 4th “sorry what?” they said “im done” and cancelled the order. i didnt feel i was being unkind at all i genuinely wasnt even upset at the intercom i just couldn’t hear. i rang the button again and it was ignored so i moved to another lane where mars barely spoke and was rude when they came back out with the order. i pride myself in being very kind to service workers because i understand how much the job sucks as a former barista but that attitude was so uncalled for and unacceptable

Number one they messed up on my hamburger I asked it for plain dry, no cheese so I can give it to my service K-9 Open it up, they wipe the ketchup they wipe the mustard off of it. Secondly, I ordered a route 44 cup of ice paid for it and the ice is only halfway full in this cup. This place has been messing up my orders every single time. I’m very sorry my K-9 loves the hamburgers from here, but I’m gonna have to go somewhere else this time they push me over the edge. I don’t get what I pay for food is not cheap 14 bucks I get a wrong hamburger I get half full of a cup of ice y’all need to do something about this this is a lousy service. Please do not come to this location. If they mess up on me they’re gonna mess up on everyone else they do not take their time to listen to their customer asked to talk to a manager so I can tell this the lady that dropped off my food said oh they’re not in right now told her fine. I’ll just write a review real quick please don’t bring your family here and if you do, please check your orders before y’all leave because this place has been messing up all my orders in my order is very very simple plain dry, no cheese, no condiments, meat and bread. They do not understand that I get cheese sent out to me before on that. My canine cannot eat that I get it with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, and mustard and again all I ordered is a double hamburger plain dry no cheese no condiments. There is a manager here or customer service that reads this. Y’all need to do something. Give me a call because I’m fed up with this.

Every food item I receive from this place is either Luke warm or not fried til crispy at all. I get drinks and ask for easy ice and get a cup full of ice but the biggest problem for me is the food. Got cheese fries and the fries aren’t Crispy at all , they are always soggy and soaked in grease and cold. Today got a bacon egg and cheese toaster with no egg asked for crispy bacon and the bacon is soggy and almost raw, the toast is not toast at all and it is so greasy I could put it on my ashy elbows. Someone needs to fix this problem, all I get from this store is an upset stomach. If you want good food I recommend the one off of 360 and glade.

Foot long chili cheese coney was hot, fresh, and wonderful. The drinks had way too much ice in them. We did not ask for extra ice but shouldn’t have to ask for less.

I’m here at your sonic on hall Johnson in grapevine and I’ve only ordered a cherry lime online and it’s been over 30 mins and I’ve have not gotten it I had to get out of my car for them to give me the drink and the person who was supposed to bring started being rude! Never will I ever be coming here again
