Dont go to this KFC, terrible service, people who dont want to do their jobs. 2 days in the row they tell us they dont have any items, first time the fryers are down and the second time they say they run out of food hours before they close. dont even bother here, had to go to the other one in redlands, no problems there.

Very disappointed with the food. I really don’t know what is wrong with this store. We went once a couple of months ago and said that their “chef” wasn’t on their break so they couldn’t serve us any chicken, didn’t know it was that hard ro fry chicken but fine. Went to give it a chance today and oh boy. Well all you need is pictures to know, but yeah the chicken not covered with the crispy skin and there was bearly batter on the actual chicken and the batter that was on there was undercooked and soggy. They were in some hurry, it shows in the food, yet I was the only person in the drive thru. I guess I can see why now. Extremely disappointed and pretty much done with this store, hopefully there is another KFC I can go to that actual does crispy fried chicken.

Ordered this menu item. The cost was $27. Got home and realized they never inserted the sauces lol. Didn’t feel like driving back. Good thing I at least had ketchup at home. Was it worth what I paid. Absolutely not. Would I return, no. Next time I’ll drive a few miles out and grab some In N Out or something else.

The recent reviews are very accurate this place is a mess. Save your money and order elsewhere. They turn off the friers more than an hour before they close. There were also missing items in our order.

I was waiting in the dry tour i wanna make my order and then he told me to wait 1 second and literally it took like more than a minute and he never even answer me at I went into the window. And then they told me that I cannot getting my order by the window. Terrible service for a customer.That’s why always look empty

Never seem to have anything in stock! Constantly having to adjust my order or they just don’t give me the food I pay for. Unsure why this location has so many issues but it definitely makes the KFC brand look terrible. Order more stock, and train your employees better.

This KFC location told us to place our order through the app because the employee didn’t have time to redeem points. So we did — but then the very rude young lady working the drive-thru told us to leave and come back because we were holding up her line. We only did what she told us to do. She was extremely rude and should not be working in customer service. I will not visit this location again.

Stood around waiting to order while the two employees laughed and joked with each other. Watched them get a drive-thru order wrong and ask the customer at the corner to repeat themselves three times because they weren’t really listening to anyone but each other.
