The customer service is terrible. I had to repeat myself four times when speaking to the young man over the intercom. I couldn’t catch his name but he was using another associate ID number (receipt 1101) but I asked the guy to tell me what was on it and he did and I asked politely no onions. I was loud and clear asking for no onions. I repeated myself four times and at the end of it all I had onions inside my burgers. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They DONT listen at all!

Updating my review here. This store has gotten so much better than my last review. Service is fast now, almost no wait. Waiting during dinner rush hour is normal. The guys on the order taking and cashier are fast and can handle the rush hour stress. Good job to all of you. Improved a lot!

I made your rude manager, Claudia the screen saver of my phone. When taking my order form the drive through she didn’t allow us to make a separate order even though no one was behind me at 1am in the morning. She rolled her eyes when taking my order and had a legit attitude. Threatened to call the police when I wouldn’t leave the store. What an embarrassment. Don’t go here.

But, first he tells me “Stop at the Jack in the Box and snag a sack of tacos!..Tell them they’re for Peter…they make them special for me! I was heading over to Puncãneater’s house to help him retard the spark on his Flamethrower because he’s going to Canada in April to go bear hunting, and he needs to ship the thing out a month in advance because of some stupid rule. Well, I got 10 of those special tacos, and Man-O-Man were they Tacolisously Delicious!

I don’t know what happened to the staff here. This used to be my favorite location but all the old staff is gone and this new group just stands around talking all the time. Waiting 25 minutes for a single chicken sandwich with an empty drive through and no one in the restaurant.

Don’t dine in and expect your “fast food” to be ready in a timely manner. I’ve waited almost 45 minutes for my order here. I don’t eat fast food very often, i’m reminded how slow they are whenever I crave a bacon ultimate.

If you don’t mind waiting in a drive thru for 25 minutes to pickup an on line order, I’d say go here. Then enjoy eating your COLD food that sat on the counter because they didn’t have the sense to have the problematic customer in front of me wait for their order in front of the store so I and the other 4 cars behind me get their lunch.
I will NEVER go to this location again.

Let me elaborate: I would not accept the cold food that I saw waiting on the counter and told them I wanted my order fresh. I went inside, identified who I was, and still stood waiting for 10 minutes for someone to provide my food. I finally said I wanted a refund. I was informed that couldn’t happen since I ordered online. The manager came out and said I could cancel in the app. I found this odd and when I tried to, there was no option to do so. Mgr lied to me to get me to leave.
I lost $12 because they don’t know how to run their business properly.
