I come to this Chipotle almost every week and the service is always excellent! The food is always fresh the portions are perfect and everything is super clean. Brenda the general manager always makes sure everything runs smoothly she’s friendly, professional, and really cares about her customers. You can tell she keeps the place organized and positive. Definitely my favorite Chipotle location

Ordered lunch before 12:00 noon. They finally sent it to the DoorDash driver at 1:17!! My lunch hour was over. Tried to contact the restaurant but can’t get through. Used the chat on the website, ended it abruptly. Zero customer service.

They are never open on time. It’s 11 am. They were supposed to open 15 minutes ago. Either the store owner is lazy or he hires incompetent managers.
Edit: finally unlocked the door 10 minutes later. “Oh sorry I didn’t know the door was locked” mmhmm, sure. I got sofritas, it was all water and the meat went up to the edge of the spoon. What a joke! Asked for more and they charged me for double. Barely got enough for a single. Another similar bowl business needs to open nearby because there’s a goldmine of disgruntled Chipotle customers dying for something better.
Edit 2: Added video to show how little a double got me and how much water was in the bowl. I told the guy serving me and his response was “I’m the server not the cook.”

Unfortunately, this Chipotle location like many others have gradually changed the quality of their food since Covid for the worse… the grill area and seating area is dirty and their food doesn’t even taste good anymore. Combined with their much higher prices, not worth it.

I used to eat Chipotle all the time, 2-3 times a week for convenience. Stopped eating there a while back because it felt like the quality of the food had been steadily going downhill. Decided to order again last week after quite some time – online order. Received my bowl missing basically half of what I had selected to be put on it. After filing a complaint with customer service they gave me a BOGO offer as an apology. Used it a couple days later with no issues. Fast forward to yesterday when I order a double steak salad with fajita veggies, salsa, cheese and a side of guac with a bottled water. The picture here is what i received…. a bowl with a scoop of chicken in it and some guac slapped on top, not even the bottled water. You can clearly see on the ticket attached to the bad what my order was, so this is definitely not a GrubHub delivery issue, its on Chipotle. They really need to get their act together, especially at this Deerfield location….

I ordered the paleo salad with guac and double meat. Where is the lettuce? It looks like a 25cent portion not at all worth 15 dollars I was charged. It was cold and smelled like swapass(looked like it too) it was inedible. I tried to call because bought on lunch break. Phone does not even let you leave a message. no one answers. called corporate same thing. No one answers. THis company does not care at all about its customers and their negative experience.
