Frequently eat at Moe’s (love “The Stack”) but will not be returning to this location. The service is extremely slow 20+ mins, the portions were noticably skimpy, and the guac tasted flavorless.

I ordered nachos. There’s no queso at all. I also said I wanted Moe’s sauces and the red salsa. It was really, really bad. Just a sour taste like it was expired. I don’t know what they’re trying to do. They never improve their mistakes. It’s my worst experience. I never go to Moe’s. It’s just a waste of money. They didn’t even give me spoons or fork just on tissue.

We frequent this Moe’s often, and have given a good review in the past. Unfortunately, our meal was quite disappointing. I got a Junior Burrito meal and the picture shows the very sad burrito, which was almost $11. Husband got half a spoonful of meat on his steak burrito. I’m hoping this was a one time thing.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Moe’s location. The manager clearly has no manners and no sense of professionalism. They weren’t even wearing a Moe’s shirt, cap, or gloves, and I actually saw the manager touching food with bare hands, which is completely unsanitary. When we politely asked for extra rice and beans, they refused, and there wasn’t any lettuce available either. I paid twelve dollars for a bowl that looked half-filled and nowhere close to what a $12 meal should be. The employees were slow, confused, and didn’t seem trained at all, while the manager stood around like they didn’t know what to do. On top of that, I ordered nachos, which are supposed to come with two scoops of queso, but they barely gave one scoop and a little extra — and there weren’t even proper chips in the nachos! Everything felt careless and poorly managed. The place was messy, with raw chips and other food items left out, and overall, it just felt like nobody cared about the food, the customers, or basic hygiene. For a brand like Moe’s, this kind of service is honestly embarrassing and needs serious attention from corporate

The manager is top knotch. She always makes sure you have fresh cooked vegetables and the rice is perfect not hard like some other restaurants. All food is fresh and you get plenty.

Placed a to go order and food was good but amount of chips in the each to go bag were very sad. Like you could see the bottom of the bag through the amount of chips that were in there. Considering I saw massive tubs of chips in the back room I am puzzled as to why an adequate amount of chips aren’t being given out with orders.

2nd review :
Still getting half as much ground beef as others are given and I finally asked to get more and if they said they need to charge, I would throw it in their face that everyone else I see if getting double what I get as a normal portion.
I am almost ready to say forget Moe’s for being indifferent to me than others literally in front of me and after me.

I gave two stars for service only because I got a bowl like so many with ground beef and I was given about half of what the guy was giving everyone else and he made sure not spill too much out of the spoon!!!!! Oh yea that was one thing he worked hard at.

My 6-year-old daughter wanted nachos, but they wouldn’t give us a child’s meal for Sunday kids eat free day, also had to pay for her drink.. I ordered the quesadilla, which they made it into a burrito.. to be honest the manager wasn’t too pleasant and for 10 bucks really didn’t get much Nachos
