We will not be back. We were ordering three meals and as we were ordering someone yelled Damn and was upset we were placing a order. I thought when you go to a fast food place this is what you do is order food. The gentleman at the window just started laughing and we ended up leaving. We were the only customer for them at 9pm. We ended up going to a different Arbys with no issues.

I use to visit this location often. Always good food and good customer service. Now its completely different. What’s with this paying at the drive thru window and pulling up to wait. There’s never anyone else in line. Hate to say it but they need to step it up or close this location.

I ordered a Greek gyro meal and a buffalo slider with crinkle fries. I don’t even think I can eat the Buffalo slider. I have to wipe the sauce off first. Not to mention they shoved another one down my throat when I only wanted one. I accepted the other one thinking it would be edible it looks the same as that one. And of course they gave me curly fries instead. The lady that brought my food was nice. The one that took my order, I don’t know I must have pissed her off or something she had a rude disposition. This will be the last time I come here to eat. Especially at 17$

Would definitely give them 0 stars if it were an option! The lady working the window tonight was very rude and pushy. Didn’t even let me finish my order before she was telling me to pull around with my total. Then I get home only to see that they gave me the wrong size everything!! And the “curly fries” had literally 6 fries!! Just close the place if you can’t get it right!!

This HAS to be the worst Arbys in the continental US. I’ve never once received my food through the drive thru window because they make you park and wait 10 minutes for your cold food. The fries are always half full, and the buns are always stale. The staff is always rude. Someday I will learn to never come back. It couldn’t be a worse experience for fast food- just too close to home to not occasionally give them the benefit of the doubt and hope it will be different this time.

I walked into the store, there was no one at the counter. I waited for a few seconds. Two people came from the back. Neither of them washed their hands. I ask could they wash thier hands. The guy who making the food said “what?” The person at the counter asked him twice to wash his hand. I didn’t place an order.

Is it normal for staff to come from the room in the back and began to preparing food without washing their hands?

Literally the worst, it used to be good years ago. Staff doesn’t care how long you wait that’s if they even offer to take your order… I’ll intentionally drive a couple miles just to go to a different one.

The food is always iffy, buns are always dry and fried foods are usually half cooked and no matter how far ahead you order they are always slow. The management is what needs help at this location. They go through people like crazy and the manager is not just rude, she’s offensive. Don’t do online orders, if they screw up they won’t fix it and won’t refund it. I have had multiple issues with the online ordering at this store specifically. They have the option to turn off online ordering if they are under staffed or out of food items and they don’t, then they tell you when you get there that they can’t fill your order and offer to give you other food without offering any refunds until you say you’re not interested, and then they get rude and tell you they can’t refund anything done online so you basically can take their offer of different food or nothing at all and try contacting customer service for a refund that takes a week or more.

Got 2 beef n cheddar, curly fries, andl a diet dr pepper. Was asked to go park and wait for food, received said food not long after and the sandwiches were cold. I don’t even know how this is possible, but it is sadly. The fries tasted like old grease and it was only half full. This was a sad stop and a waste of 17.00.

The customer service was awful!! The person that took my order and working the drive thru window were the same person. Just terrible. Almost had to climb out of my car to be able to reach anything she handed out. Then I wanted more Arby’s sauce, when she finally looked back at me, she just raised her brows…she didn’t bother opening the window. After that experience, I see why the parking lot was completely empty at lunch time!! Do better Arby’s staff.
