This was my second trip to this KFC and if the manager, James is still there after this is posted and reviewed by the district manager, my family will not be back!
My mom and I had our orders done online. My mom ordered a lot more food than I did. The tickets said they would be ready at a certain time, so my mom and I went to sit at a table in the restaurant. When we turned to go into the table section, my eyes were met with disgust all over the floor and the tables were not cleaned and had food crumbs on them, dirty napkins, and spills. As I looked around there were dead bugs in the window sills and around the soda machine.
The manager told us our food was finally ready 45 minutes later. When I got pick it up, I asked him if he put both orders in one order? He said, yes he did. I asked him why he would do that? He said because we were together! I told him we ordered separate meals, we go to separate homes. I was so upset. I got a bag atry to figure out what’s going on and then I noticed he never even made my food order!
I had to go up there and ask him where the order was for me? He said he gave it to me. I told him I have a separate order for Gilmer and I paid for it with my card!! He got a very bad attitude with me and started going through his orders and finally found it. He put it on the side of the chicken warmers and served other people that came in after me. I stood there for an hour and a half waiting on our food before he finally gave it to us!! I talked to a woman who is a manager there and she advised me to contact the manager over them because she had talked to James about his attitude before and he never changed. My food never was eaten, my nerves were stressed and I couldn’t eat after that!!

The worst KFC I’ve experienced. No matter if you order online or at the store, you will have to wait a long period of time for your food for it to still be incorrect, something missing, and taste and smell disgusting like old grease and cigarette. Would not recommend anyone to this location!!

Disgusting location. The floors were coated in grease. The men’s bathroom was totally unsafe for a disabled person to use. The floor was extremely dangerous it was coated in cooking, I don’t think the bathroom has been serviced in a week at least. I slid out of the bathroom, not being able to use it for my own safety. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. The soda fountain wasn’t filled up…only clear liquid came out of the spouts. No flavors Nothing!!!

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!! Tried ordering in the app as I have better luck with accuracy that way and online ordering is unavailable at this location. The so-called manager is extremely rude. She has no customer service skills. She is currently at the window working in no uniform. Very poor representation of the Yum! corporation. Unfortunately this is the only KFC in Conway so I will no longer be eating KFC. My order was incorrect.
I did not receive all my items and unfortunately didn’t check until I made the 15 minute drive home. Called the store, a lady answers the phone and said she is the manager. I explained the situation and her response was, well I wasn’t here I had to run to Lowe’s real quick…. I explained again, I’m missing items from the order I just paid for, I also did not get a receipt. Her only resolution to that was to “come and get it if you want it” well yes, I paid for it so there I go, driving back 16 minutes to get the item already paid for.. So basically I spent over $30 for food I’m not going to eat because it is ice cold. I return to get the item that I had already paid for that was missing from my bag and now my other items are cold. There really should be an option for zero Stars because 2.7 is very very generous for this location. Go across the street to Popeyes.

Took 30 min to get food when we were the only customers there. Heard workers constantly arguing, talking bad about other coworkers, and coughing while trying to make our food. We had to go up to the counter and ask about our order and they told us they forgot about us. They then got our order completely wrong and had to ask us to bring our receipt back up to the counter so they could figure out what to remake for us. Once we finally got our order and sat down ready to eat, we found out that they incorrectly made two of the items of our order. Very unprofessional. Would give negative stars if possible.

Ignored when entered. I ordered a 3 piece meal, they did not have the biscuit, fries, or Dr P. Was unable to cancel order because it was mobile. The only reason they didn’t get a 1 rating is because the clerk was nice, even offered an additional piece of chicken because they cannot provide a biscuit

This location always gets your order wrong and the staff at the window is rude (the big lady with the beard). Not only did I not get something that I ordered and was probably charged for, but I was not given a receipt. The pick up window is filthy which makes me concerned about the cleanliness inside where they prepare food. Popeyes is across the street, don’t bother with this place. I’m never coming back.

The employees were WAY behind, short staffed, and talking extremely unprofessional to each other. They commented on employees that departed as we arrived. We waited, no joke 27 minutes to get to place our order then another half hour because “wings are frozen solid for the night”, no chicken ready, no pot pies available. The employees acted like they were not happy to have guests. Also, I believe if you watch your video surveillance from 7pm to 745pm you will see them standing around talk trash and giving friends bags of free food while the rest of us waited for our orders. We were VERY unhappy with our visit. If I were the manager here I would fire the whole crew and start over.

Ordered online for pick up. Got there was told there were no tenders. Husband opted for something else then. Finally got our order and checked it. We were missing my husbands wedges. Also the biscuits were half hard half ugh. I won’t be back. Just seems like KFC is always dropping the ball.
