This is one of our favorite places to go before having a night out on the town. We started the evening leaning into their heavier appetizers, and the pork belly bites were a revelation—perfectly rendered, decadent, and possessing that essential melt-in-your-mouth quality that distinguishes a great kitchen from an average one. Alongside the pretzel styx, which arrived warm and served as the ultimate salty palate-cleanser.
For the mains, we both opted for chicken-based variations of their heavy-hitters: the Ulti Meatum and the South of the Border. The chicken remained remarkably succulent, acting as a sturdy canvas for the bold, aggressive flavors of each sandwich. The “South of the Border” delivered a vibrant, zesty kick that leaned into its regional inspirations, while the “Ulti Meatum” lived up to its legendary reputation for sheer, indulgent scale. Super delicious rib melt Sandwich and tots AND sweet tater tots! My God lol. Kayla was a super lovely beautiful server and very friendly!!! Also bartender and manager lol! She was the General Manager too

Stopped by on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. The servers were friendly and attentive. My food was excellent. The tuna appetizer was very good, but the soft pretzels were 10/10. The cocktail was also very good – I had the pineapple infused bourbon seasonal drink. Will definitely be back.

This is our go to lunch place. Great food at a reasonable price. The specials are great, especially Taco Tuesday. Kayla is an absolute gem, very friendly and attentive and she remembers our preferences without fail. Highly recommend!!

REALLY great cocktails with food that is just as good. Attentive service that’s never pushy. Could use an interior update but this is definitely one if my favorite places where I can’t decide on what to eat or drink because everything is SO good. Ahi Tuna Bites are probably my absolute favorite thing to get there.

I was surprised that me and my friends popped in here late night and the service was super quick and the staff was nice even for the place to be packed. The fried crab balls taste like heaven and I didn’t want to share with my friends but I did. Next time I go, I’m ordering it for myself. However we sent the crab dip back because it didn’t taste as good. The crab balls set the bar way too high. But the staff understood and took it off the bill. Also the stacked Mac tastes like comfort food heaven. The drink specials are cheap, the food is quality and the vibe very much gives Pittsburgh bar.

Service was great, Lauren was the best. The flank steak risotto was delicious. Their happy hour is great covers beer wine liquor and appetizers. I’ll definitely be back. A mac and cheese was good with the calamari and fried pickles. Parking wasn’t bad. And I wasn’t crowded or hard to get a table

Surprised by this random find, which turned out to be a hidden treasure. Our server Paul was exceptionally cordial and extremely knowledgeable about menu items, which was greatly appreciated. The humus platter was plentiful and scrumptious. But our ultimate pleasure was in the hanger steak & gouda risotto. Definitely would go back! The desert was good but not great (rasberry/lemon cake; we’ll have to try a different one next time).

I put in a postmates order for the Alabama Slammer, which the ingredients for the $15.50 burger should have included brown sugar glaze / bacon / smoked cheddar / provolone / onion straws / bama sauce (took straight from the menu on their website). The onion straws were crumbs, the bama sauce was lacking, and the bacon wasn’t even a thought. Pretty disappointing considering I’ve been to this location many times so I know what I can expect. Never have I spent 20 dollars on a burger with just cheese. Plus 1.20 up charge for my 10 sweet tots. Do better Dive Bar

Got food here two days in a row!!..everything was sooo good!…the first day we had uber eats delivery, next day we created an account with the store and ordered to pick up in restaurant…only thing that bothered me was at checkout out the 18% tip button was in bold and blinking….kinda felt compelled to click it..would it affect the way the food was prepared.
