Ray’s Burger Barn is hands-down home to the best burgers in town, but what keeps us coming back just as much as the food is Belle. She’s the heart of the place, always greeting us with a smile, remembering our faces, and going out of her way to make us feel special every time. The food is incredible, the service feels like family, and it’s one of those rare spots where you leave full in every way. We absolutely love it here!

My wife and I were excited to finally try Ray’s Burger Barn but were left completely disappointed with the experience.
We like to purchase Half-Price Deals coupons and buy them frequently. Some of the coupons come with an expiry date but Ray’s did not have one.
After trying to use my $25 coupon, the lady at the counter told me “they didn’t have coupons” and then told me that it was expired BEFORE she even looked at it. The couple behind me even felt the need to step in and say, how could I have known it expired if you didn’t list an expiration date?
After a lot of back and forth, and making a HUGE deal out of it, they agreed to give me one free burger, $12 – less than half the value of the coupon that I paid for. I accepted as I was left no other choice.
After all that the burgers weren’t great. Mine was pink! I had heard Ray’s had good customer service in the past but that wasn’t the case today. Maybe they have new owners.
Needless to say we won’t be returning. Cheap business practices aren’t ok, and if you’re going to have poor customer service you better have some DAMN good food, which they don’t.

Have heard a lot about this place. Decided to give it a try. My wife got the BLT and I got the Barn Burger Combo. Everything was freshly made. Burgers comes loaded already and with their own secret sauce. Didn’t need to change a thing with them. The fries were fresh hand cut fries, perfectly seasoned and sooo tasty. I had ordered a poutine but didn’t get it, just fries. As soon as I mentioned this they offered to make me a poutine and I could keep the fries. Amazing service and delicious food. 100% will be back.

Family enjoyed 4 bacon cheese burgers and fries & gravy. We appreciate the hand cut fries and the burgers were delicious. Very kind and quick service.

There’s some picnic tables under shelter but it’s not a “sit in” kind of place. Had a mushroom burger, it was very good, and a pleasant exchange with the staff and other clients there.

Was disappointed with the servings and quality overall. Half of the fries were black, rotten potatoes and the ice cream was about 3 bites. Not worth it for the price or the stomach ache that followed!

Fabulous experience!!! Stopped in after a long drive from Alaska. We were met with great hospitality. One gentleman came out to pet our huskies when my husband was walking them. A nice lady than came out and brought the pups a burger patty!!! How thoughtful! We will definitely be stopping by again in the spring! I had the mushroom burger husband had the BLT both excellent! Do yourself a favor and stop on by for an epic dining experience
