Well I must admit I go to Dairy Queen a lot but this one in madras, first off I’ve never ordered a double flamethrower and especially at over 8 bucks for just the sandwich but they said I did order a single, then we said a classic double cheeseburger and got a single and with not a single customer there but us we waited over 30 minutes for these two sandwiches, unfortunately we didn’t listen to everyone else in our small town about not going to this particular DQ, seems with a serious problem ever keeping anyone in there location as employees to help the customers maybe it’s time for DQ to evaluate exactly what is the issue with store, they have an extremely terrible reputation at our church and with all friends and family and have for years

Stopped at the DQ in Madras and, while the food was the classic DQ goodness I expected, the wait was incredibly long – especially considering it wasn’t that busy. The restroom was decent, and the workers were doing their best, bless their hearts.
Let’s just say… I grew a beard waiting.

Employees need to actually look at what there doing I went to get a garlic parm chicken strips basket After i already drive off I find out I don’t have a fork only 2 knifes and I don’t have the toast my basket should have. Won’t be back I’m not paying for food I’m not getting!

Very busy Dairy Queen! We came for an ice cream treat and hoped for it to be quick. The down side was the wait for service. The employees on staff all were hustling and trying to keep up with the lines of people inside and at the drive through. We placed our order, and received our order within a convenient amount of time. The inside dining area was a little messy as the employees were trying to make the orders for the customers.

I ordered my food I was missing gravy and said order I came back 5 minutes later than drive-thru got ignored went to the window they see me got ignored again called dairy Queen asked if they had gravy they said they were out for the night. Shitty experience could’ve had better courtesy

Had a blizzard and they are required to turn it upside-down down and not drip, well mine tipped in the cup holder and went everywhere. A lid would have been helpful also colder ice-cream. I’m thinking restaurant should add a liquid nitrogen quick freeze bath after adding blizzard ingredients, problem solved.

If they had something to cool the place down it would be a much better place. Who ever heard of eating ice-cream inside a place with no AC. Makes the customers miserable and the employees. Would have been better, but with temps in the upper 90s it doesn’t work

Like walking into a freaking sauna. Ridiculously hot. This is no way to treat your workers or customers. No attempt to cool the place. We asked the lady taking our orders how long it’s been like this, she said “2 years”. An attorney would eat this up.

Shocked by the quality of food here, Dairy Queen is usually dependable. I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger, but I did not get a deluxe. I also ordered onion rings, and they were straight up like lukewarm. I also did not get any sauce for it. Worst thing yet, I did not even get napkins. We had been driving 3 hours, and I would have liked some napkins, at least. I had to wipe that grease all over my clothes.
