I sometimes place online orders for pickup which works out nicely for my lunch break, but I’m puzzled by this decision to fill the online pickup area with holiday decor – feels like it defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if I still have to wait in line and ask for my food?

Ordered a meat &3 meal from a deal they offered. Service was great! Everything was included as said on the screen and was delicious and warm! Tables were clean as well as everything else. Overall great for fast food!!!!

Black Cashier with long braids was Beyond rude. I went in for lunch cashier didn’t acknowledge me for about 3min as she stood with her back turned talking and prepping bags she turned and looked at me 3times before even saying a word. Finally she comes to the register and says “What can I get for you?” No, hi, how was your day? Sorry for the wait. How can I help You? just literally no customer service at all. I started to tell her what I would like to order and I asked her if I could please get my food fresh, before I could continue what I was saying she cut me off and started to yell to the cook “MAKE EVERYTHING FRESH I NEED THIS AN THAT JUST MAKE IT ALL FRESH” exactly in that order. she turns back to me and say is that all she did not ask me what drink I wanted. She slammed my cup on the counter and walked away as if she was upset because I asked for my food to be cooked fresh . She Did not hand me my receipt. I asked her was I supposed to grab my own receipt or could she hand me my receipt she proceeds to say you can grab it and walked away . at this point. I’m beyond upset I give nothing but respect to the workers anytime I’m in Arby’s and to be treated like this is pathetic.
