Never coming back to this Wendy’s again. They gave me old fries and nuggets that looked like it was in grease for a long time with burnt crusting all over it. I paid to much money for my food to be like that. Yall need real workers at this location.. cashier lady didn’t even give me a receipt nor anything I asked for. Had to keep reminding her & they was out on a lot of things I requested. Horrible service

This is the most unprofessional location I’ve ever encountered. I ordered through door dash for my elderly mother, called beforehand to ensure they had the item, was told that they did only to get a call from my mother that they substituted her item without permission. 11/04/2022, 11:10 am-Haven’t been here in months, they have gotten WORSE. #6 Spicy Chicken Meal-Asked for X Lettuce, X Onion, X Mustard; asked for size small. Was told they don’t sell small. I asked for the smallest size they sell. Received 1 slice of lettuce, 2 rings of onion, sliver of mustard, GOB of mayo, med drink, LARGE fries. Why would they put & I assume charge for LG fries? Why 1 slice of lettuce & a GOB of mayo? AND they were not busy! 1 vehicle in front. Paid almost $11 for this & they didn’t give a receipt. Was at drive thru so didn’t notice it was not in the bag. Get a way better sandwich just down the road at Subway $6.50. Not sure how much Wendy’s actually charges for just a spicy chicken sandwich, bet it’s higher than $6.50 because it was $10.79 for the sandwich drink & LG fries (saved the extra 3/4 fries for my outside dog at home, don’t waste). I took pics so next time I feel urge for spicy chicken sandwich I won’t go here.

This place has a really nice staff. And they know I want my fries without cheese before I even order. So they remember your face and give excellent service. Food is always hot too. Even during slow hours.

Picking up an order to deliver and order was given out to a completely different person. The wait time is unbearable here bc half of the staff was out in the parking lot talking to either off duty staff members and the MANAGER on duty was doing the same. Also, allowed an employee off the clock to come into the food area with her bonnet on to fix herself a drink. Manager was unhelpful and LEFT. Whether it was his scheduled time to go or not, he left in the middle of a rush. I don’t blame the cashier at all as she kept great composure.

This place has become trash. They are always out of something. The last two times I went, they were out of eggs, straws, ketchup, coke, and napkins. Seriously?! The food is usually cold, unless it’s burnt (an entire family sized nugget tray of burnt nastiness). The owners are obviously trying to cut corners by using smaller containers for fries and whatnot as well, which is restaurant sin #1. You want Wendy’s? Just go to the Ambassador one near the interstate. The food is generally much better, the portions are correct, and they aren’t out of products continuously.
