I went today order a grill chicken sandwich add onions pickles and cheese. I looked and it was no cheese. Took it back. They gave me a sandwich with just onions pickles and cheese d cheese. So I had to take it back. And they had to add the lettuce and tomato. I don’t normally complain. But I went back twice to get it fix. And they were not busy at this time. So it was no reason it to be messed up a 2nd time

Our recent experience at this particular establishment was highly unsatisfactory. We placed an order via the mobile application at approximately 9:40 AM, aiming to streamline the process. Upon our arrival around 10:00 AM, we encountered a significant delay in the drive-thru, with only four vehicles progressing in a 30-minute period. Consequently, we opted to enter the restaurant, where we discovered our order had been prepared but was missing the orange juice.
Upon inquiring about the missing item, we were informed that the store had been out of orange juice for a week, despite its continued availability for order on the application. Furthermore, the employee initially provided a child-sized cup for a beverage we had paid $3.19 for. We then requested a large cup as a substitute, which was priced at $2.79. Our departure from the establishment was around 10:40 AM. Got home and needless to say our food was extremely cold.
Additionally, it appears that a customer ahead of us in the drive-thru was awaiting the availability of chicken, and remained at the speaker until 10:30 AM when lunch items became available.

The big n bold bbq bacon burger was not so bold. The picture of the burger had what looked like fried onions, it had nothing of the sort on it. As far as big and bold goes, the bbq sauce didn’t seem very bold. There was about a half teaspoon of bacon pieces and 1 piece of bacon bunched up. Its too late to warn you about the small chicken wings Jacks was offering last time. So small that the employees gave me 2 extra wings because they thought that they were too small (different location). No complaints about their regular menu. Oh and the mac n cheese is delicious

August 2025- Order was accurate to s degree. The mac and cheese i ordered, they scooped out half of it. Why? As well the girl on the drive thru intercom was pretty rude.
March 2025- Just stopped by for a breakfast and coffee but their coffee was extremely watered down and the little bit of coffee tasted like the grounds were going sour.
Not sure what happened to this place, it was alot better years ago. The team members aren’t friendly, the fries are unseasoned, and the menu still has items on it that they aren’t serving anymore. It just screams, “we don’t care”.

Me and my family went to Jack’s today for a quick breakfast. There is no such thing as a quick breakfast here. I will not fall out anyone besides saying an initial. We went up to the front to the counter to order since we were next and the cashier, we’ll call him A, walked away without acknowledging us. Walked by the register several times and then left behind the counter to go talk to someone and didn’t take our order. The manager yelled at him to come over but it was already too long of a time to get there to us so we just left.

TERRIBLE!!! Waited 20 mins on my food. It wasn’t correct, buns were hard, and fries were over cooked and cold. The lady working the counter was doing everything she could, but the workers in the back just didn’t care about their jobs. They had to remake my burger 3 times and after all that my bottom bun was as hard as a rock!! Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I see how hard everyone works. Ive also seen how nasty some of the customers can be when they get impatient over things the employees ccannot help I come in about 3 days a week sometimes 4 In the evening, the crew has never been rude to me and they work hard to get everything out right. The managers are very polite and so is the staff, I think that it is getting better than it was a couple of months ago.

My son wants Jacks chicken tenders all the time so we are regulars. I assured my son he would like the new chicken nuggets they just released. We actually went inside to wait on our order to go.. these SAD excuses for chicken nuggets feel like they’ve been cooked like 7-9 hours earlier and just sat there.. like rubber and super hard.. I wouldn’t let him eat them because I was afraid of actual food poisoning.. and that’s NOT acceptable! Like FOOD POISONING from a nugget meal from Your restaurant: THEN I try calling to inform them of the situation and no one answered the phone! I called 4 times and the phone hung up on me!! Unacceptable and not ok.. they were SO HARD and cold and rubbery.. now my son refuses to try the nuggets ever again
