DO NOT DO PICK UP ORDERS HERE— Let’s start with them giving you crappy vegetable filled portions but when they neglect to give you one of your servings you paid for, they lie and say there’s no manager or supervisor there to make it right or “give authorization” to fulfill the mistake. When called to inform you’ll be by later to pick up the missing portion they’ll ignore the phones, have the employee with broken English to answer it after several missed calls, rudely interrupt you, and neglect to leave a message for the manager or following shift. Food is too expensive to be treated like hard earned money isn’t hard earned in this damn economy. On top of all this they’ll lie for their pick up orders and sent the notification that your order is ready WAY too early then makes you wait. Would rather go to the better one on Sunrise, this place has enough chances. Will not be back, if I could give 0 stars I would

Yummy good! This Panda gives big portions and customer service is wonderful! I come here 2 times a week when I feel like craving Chinese food! Ordered their teriyaki chicken and steak, even through is extra, but it is totally worth a try! Also this is the location with best customer service in Sacramento I think! Will definitely come back again and highly recommended this Panda Express location!

Beautiful and clean place, love the food here and atmosphere Wasn’t happy that there was a lot of empty food spots and when I asked why, she said ” we don’t make it often because it goes bad fast” I understand but still would of be nice to have more choices, for what I came there for. I had a disappointing experience at this location. While the cashier (who I believe was Mexican) was friendly and helpful, the food service was subpar. I ordered a larger plate, which is advertised as coming with three items. When I requested my third item, the Asian woman serving the food told me it wasn’t included. This was confusing, as the larger plate does include three items. She then gave me a look before begrudgingly giving me the item. Additionally, the portions were smaller than I’m used to. I received only one piece of teriyaki chicken, whereas most other places provide two. This is the second location in North Sacramento where I’ve had a negative experience. On top of the food service issues, the cashier used some of my rewards points on the app without my permission. I was saving those points for a future reward. Due to the poor customer service and smaller portions, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

They were out of sweet-and-sour sauce didn’t tell me who I go receive my food. Then refused to give me my money back. Service and broccoli stems with some of the food and didn’t look like it was very good.

No drive-thru. Must walk inside to order food. We took the drive thru by mistake and I wondered why the menu board only had drinks on it. The kind Starbucks lady at the drive-thu kindly explained our mix up.
Inside the Panda Expess there was a fun arrangement of tall, medium and regular sized tables with matching tall and short stools. This is a great place for fresh reall food with out over breaded meats. Yum! Give me more of those SUPER GREENS.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken, they gave me chicken but no teriyaki….. i live 15 min. Away so unfortunately im going to have to eat it the way it is… very disapointing though as i was craving chicken teriyaki and all i got was chicken!

Died fly in the food. I ordered family meal and in one of the boxes there was died fly. Fortunately, we have just started dinner and noticed the fly almost immediately after opened the food boxes. My and my family appetite was ruined for the whole evening. We decided to replace boxes with entrees. When i arrived to Panda Express, i brought 3 almost full filled boxes with entrees, associate SAMANTHA first suggested that I wait for her supervisor for 20 minutes, but i said i don’t have too much time. She said that ok, i should wait 5 minutes to get replacement of 1 side. She categorically refused to change all the boxes, she decided to replace only box where the fly was. I waited more than 5 minutes, but nobody paid attention to me. I left the restaurant and came back in 1 hr. She again told me i should wait 1 minute to get replacement. Finally i got replacement in 15 minutes. And 2 other sides i should have been pay again for my expenses. Disgusting service.
