Some of the staff are friendly and pretty helpful (not many), some not so much, even seeing you at the counter but avoiding coming to help. Think differently? Try sitting in the lobby and listening to what’s said about customers. The place is not kept very clean and I usually have to clean my own table and seat or try to get an employee’s attention (they don’t pay attention to the front counter) to ask for a cleaning. They installed a doorbell to alert them when someone enters, but ignore it. I used to enjoy coming here regularly, but not anymore since it’s gotten worse. All of the “healthier” items are long gone. The WiFi doesn’t work, it shows it’s there but doesn’t do anything. The owners own around 7-9 McDonald’s stores in Montana and the two here in northern Wyoming but don’t care about the patrons at this one at all. They even removed the napkins, ketchup packets, salt, and sugar from the lobby because one person took a whole bunch. I strongly suggest avoiding this location and using your money elsewhere. These issues aren’t new and no matter how often they get mentioned (the Area Supervisor has her cellphone number and email at the front counter, encouraging feedback), nothing improves. Lately, I’ve been coming just for coffee and either wait 10 minutes at the counter while being ignored, or wait 20 minutes for the actual coffee (or both). If another option opens in Powell, I would likely stop coming. Really disappointing.

I’m new to the area and didn’t know they didn’t open until 6am. They still made my breakfast before they opened and brought it out to me. It’s probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The food is always perfect and it is absolutely the cleanliness McDonald’s I’ve ever seen

I’m not one to complain. But man this is the third time I went to get breakfast and they forget the hash brown. #2 with a large oh and a extra sandwich. And I come home and bam no hash brown. The staff is super friendly and great . Just man. I’m I don’t mind small mistakes but 3 times this year ( at least for me ). Keep up the good work guys.

I was honestly impressed with this McDonald’s restaurant.
It’s a small McDonald’s location but these guys are fast! I placed an order and it was ready to be picked up within a minute.
The staff/teenagers work very hard (almost running to the cars waiting to pick up their orders).

Every time I come here the order is wrong or incomplete. Staff is always loud lots of yelling from the back. Very poor customer service skills. If something is missing on your order staff question you if your lying. Then take 10+ minutes to make missing items.

Braj sorry to be a complete Karen BUT I ordered a bacon egg cheese mcgriddle & i got SOLELY the patty I live 15m away (as do half the people in this town) so i didnt notice until i got home. I was SO LIVID i drove 15MINUTES back into town to get my whole Mcgriddle & they DENIED my request!! They gave me a coupon for a free breakfast sammy at any of their 3 surrounding locations after that date a whole joke!! Do not go here they suckkkk. I had a video but google didnt let me upload it, 1only pics

There are 2 pickles stuck dried to the glass window. Flys everywhere in the dining area at least. All the flavors at the fountain drink machine were flat. No ketchup in the dispenser. My burger meat was overcooked. The burger I did order with extra pickles and onions came with 1 pickle and no onions. Had friends with me from out of town and got let down quite a bit. Not going to lie. Won’t be returning.

I have not one clue what’s inside my drink but I order this often and it never has black bits in the bottom. Ive had a hard time with the managers of this place specifically. Very disappointing.
