I absolutely love this Starbucks—and especially my adorable, festive barista! She always has the brightest, most cheerful attitude and goes out of her way to be kind, even asking if I need water. She truly brings light to my mornings. Thank you for being amazing and for making me look forward to my Cortado every day! All of the staff at this location are phenomenal! Keep up the great work!

If I could give them a zero that’s what it would be On saturday I came in to get a triple espresso with oat milk like usual, and I have noticed recently the store is very dirty and the quality is declining. Behind the counter the baristas do NOT clean up after themselves there is espresso and milk all over the counters seems like overall poor management.

I used to order daily and they knew me (I have a problem I know) but now I only go once or twice a week. I’ve sat inside to work but mostly I use the drive thru. They are always super friendly and kind and I’ve never had an order messed up (except ordering thru DoorDash).
I came last night and was having a bit of a sad day and I didn’t say anything but when I got my drink there was a smiley on the top and it just made me so happy. Felt as if I should share that as well as the service I’ve had here through the four years I’ve been ordering!

The employee’s that works at this location are very rude. Idk if they hate their job or they hate their lifes, but there is no reason to treat customers poorly. I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt thinking it will be a better experience next time but nope its always the same horrible experience.

Horrible customer service it was my moms birthday and all we wanted was a drink and this girl at the window had the worse attitude giving my mom dirty looks like she is so bother with us getting drinks doesn’t even try to have any customer service said she can’t take a 50 dollar bill for a order for over 20 dollars ? Said I don’t have change so you don’t have a 10 dollar bill and and 5 dollar billslike come on I believe her name was Savanah maybe try to retrain her in customer service and maybe just don’t be so rude to people who are just trying to get a drink at your establishment

I went today around 1 the lady who took my order was nice and the person who made my Carmel macchiato it was on point very delicious! I rather come to this Starbucks than the one by wal mart on southern!! This Starbucks knows how make your drinks!!!
