The food was bland and the portions were small for the price. Absolutely no sauces on the tables and if you asked you were charged for a small dish of hot sauce. The chips and salsa for the table was never refilled during the meal. Drinks were ordered but water was not offered.

9/23/2025-Placed a Carry Out over the phone. Waited 15 minutes before driving 12 minutes it took to get to the Restaurant after being told it would take 25 minutes to prepare order. Walked in and gave the attendant my name and told her it was Carry Out order. She then told another person and she said, “let me go check.”
Sat there another 25 minutes and waited. When I asked again the same person that was “checking” asked what I ordered—walked over to a shelf where the food had been sitting for(now) at least 45 minutes and TORE THE RECEIPT THAT OBVIOUSLY DIDNT HAVE MY LAST NAME ON IT AND PLACED IT ON THE CHECK OUT and turned to half-heartedly say, “sorry.” And walked away.
SORRYASS SERVICE!!!!
They didn’t offer to Comp the meal, remake the order—NOTHING!!!!
Little Tart and the door attendant SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

I’m giving 2 stars because the service was decent, however the food was horrible. Chicken fajitas were free of flavor, onions and peppers raw. Chicken scarce and tasteless. Just an overall disappointment, there was no effort put into preparing this meal.

Excellent selection of appetizers and main dishes. There is also a lunch menu available until 3:00 PM. Service is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended. Plentiful parking available as an easy in and out from Highway 68/Lexington Road.

This was a great place to meet friends on a Thursday evening, which by the way was my birthday! Thank you Saul (bartender) for my birthday margarita. A delicious ZESTY Margarita! The food was good too. Lots of flavor! The staff and the other guests at the bar were very friendly. I had a great time. Can’t wait to come back.

If you’re passing through and looking for some real Mexican food- this is the place!!! It was pretty busy and we got seated and our food came out in max 15 minutes!! Guac is so fresh. This place is the best, awesome service and food. You won’t be disappointed.

Driving north today from Lexington we noticed this restaurant with several cars and trucks in the parking lot. We thought a busy place should be a good choice. It was.
We stopped for lunch, the restaurant was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the service was tops! We both ordered chimichanga special with rice and beans. It was excellent. Delicious flavors, a nice presentation, and a generous portion for lunch. The salsa was to our taste, we liked it very much!
If we are ever back in the area, we will stop again.

The fish tacos were pretty good. This is the 1st time I had fish tacos fried, but it was a pleasant surprise. The salsa here is the best in Paris, KY, maybe in central Kentucky. I sat in main dining room on all other visits, but this time I was in the newer room on the side of the building and even though I was at a high top table the atmosphere was nice and comfortable.

The hours say closes at 930 but if you call for pick up after 9:00 they say they’re closed, so they should change the hours to reflect the actual closing time which is 9
