This was my second time at this restaurant. The first time was a good experience, where the food was flavorful and enjoyable. This time around, the food was extremely mediocre. It just didn’t taste as good and seemed a bit loke it was lacking effort. They also didn’t have naan at the time of my original order. Upon hearing this, my party decided to order less, then a few minutes later naan was magicallu available for order. So, they weren’t gonna have it ready for order, but when they realized they were gonna make less money, it became available? Also, the chicken in the biryani was soft and cooked well, but there just wasn’t much chicken. Honestly, i drove a long distance to come here but was severely disappointed in everything so won’t be coming back

Delicious! Had the chicken korma and garlic naan, I have not finished my food yet but could not wait to post. This is absolutely amazing. The flavors and spices are perfection. Excellent customer service as well. This place is a must if you love Indian cuisine.

Got the chicken Tikka masala, butter chicken, and lamb vindaloo all in the hot spice level. Along with that we got chicken biriyani, garlic nann and regular butter nann. The chicken Tikka masala was really good but a little sweet for my taste. Vindaloo was amazing though it might be my new to go order instead of the Tikka masala. The waiter said that the vindaloo was already spicy and indeed it was, but it was a good manageable spice. Both nann were very good and fluffy. Biriyani was a little bland compared to other ones I’ve tried, but it was still very good. The grilled onions in it were very good. Oh and all the curries come with white rice.
As for the service and speed of the food coming out and everything. It was kinda slow because there was only 1 man working the front and serving tables. As a result things went a little slow, but I wasn’t all that bothered by the wait.
Highly recommend this place!

I’ve been to this restaurant several times & loved it, but just today I ordered chicken curry and the portions have reduced, tremendously. I didn’t receive much chicken, just a lot of sauce and only got 1 small portion of naan bread when it use to be 1 large cut in half. Now I understand why you asked if I wanted more naan bread because the order was for 1. However, the price has not reduced; that’s disappointing and my last visit.

The only reason this place has so many good reviews is because they bribe guests with a 10% discount. I was so disappointed as the google reviews led me to try this place to only find out how bad it is. The place was empty which should have been my first red flag, second the food came out 2 mins after we ordered, the butter chicken was underwhelming and not hot. The naan did not look appetizing. I took one bite and didn’t eat my food. Everything was just so lazy, definitely not worth $42. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

I visited this restaurant on Dec 12th 2025 and ordered Chicken biriyanu. While eating, I found a cockroach inside the food (see photo). I immediately stopped eating. This is a serious hygiene issue and completely unacceptable. I hope management and health authorities take this seriously and improve cleanliness.

We live here in Cedar Hill. We came here for Valentine’s Day 2025. This was such the right choice. Our waiter was flawless. Talk about going beyond customer service to provide caring hospitality! He helped us make choices, including giving us extra sauces so that we could better determine our desired order. And the food was so delicious. This restaurant was definitely the perfect choice for Valentine’s Day 2025. Run — don’t walk — here.

I don’t know what happened to this place, they’ve gone way downhill. More than half of the tables were full of old dirty dishes, service was very slow, and the bathrooms were dirty.
But the biggest disappointment was the chicken tikka masala; it was absolutely inedible. It tasted like old, dirty, musty socks and squash… and it was bright yellow!! I don’t know what we were served but it definitely wasn’t chicken tikka masala. I am sad, this used to be a really good restaurant. The garlic naan was good, but that’s the only positive thing I can say.

This place is AMAZING! We live nearby in Red Oak and I didn’t want another semi fast food meal! . I suggested Indian and instead of driving to Dallas looked around and found Royal Indian Cuisine. Let me tell you, best bang for any buck, anywhere! We got there a little later than we wanted but were met at the door with the best aromas and a friendly hello. I was worried they would not have everything or the food would be cold. NOPE. Everything came out like it had just been made minutes ago and was SO delicious I ate well past my full limit which I RARELY do.! Like to the point where it hurt. We only ordered a few appetizers and a single dish each and we still had food to take home. It had to have been the naan. It was fresh and amazing. (Gotta try the chile cheese version.) anyway we ordered a few drinks and still got out for the same price we would have spent going to a much lower quality restaurant. We loved it. We are definitely going back. You should check it out. 5 ⭐️ s!

Have to rate food as 1 because I went for samosas but they were out on a Friday although they were advertising. Atmosphere was nice with plenty of seating, looks clean. The service persons was nice and friendly. Be sure to call before you go to make sure they have what you want. I drove out of my way only to be let down.
