This was my first time. I ordered the number 19…In all seriousness, the food was so nasty and flavorless that it had me questioning whether or not I’d loss my sense of taste. The meat was okay but the veggies tasted like wet pulp that’s been sitting out all day.
Another thing that I absolutely do not like is that the serving counter is so high, l couldn’t see the toppings as my sandwich was being made. I’m accustomed to a class serving counter like other sandwich shops.
For what it’s worth, the people were very friendly. Other than that, I will not be back and don’t recommend.

That’s a dang good sub, #19 to be specific, with crushed red peppers and banana peppers. Certainly better flavor and value than Subway. This is my first time and won’t be the last. Their inside/outside could use some love, that’s for sure, but my sub was fresh and delicious and the service was very friendly.

Decided I would pick up a sub since I hadn’t cooked nor had a decent sub in a while. This place was awesome! Foot long Italian was $12 and loaded with all the toppings I wanted. Even got a baggie of pickles to go! Everything was fresh and the meat was even sliced right then. Won’t find that at Subway, which is a rip off anyway. Service was awesome and it was refreshing to see a young crew do a great job, was personable and polite. I don’t think anyone was older than 21-ish. Don’t see that much anymore these days. I will be going back and trying other subs….so long as they don’t jack up the price and mess up a good thing. Great food, good value, no complaints!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility (bathrooms were spotless). The young man who dressed our sandwiches has to be the best damn Sub Station II sandwich maker I’ve ever had. Fresh and delicious.
I had 1/2 #5 on sweet wheat and my husband had 1/2 an Ultimate #27.

I’m from Sumter, but I left after high school. While I lived here, I always remembered eating at this place. I still come home now and then, but honestly, I haven’t had Sub Station since leaving Sumter in 1996. I traveled home for a few days, and my brother mentioned getting Sub Station. I can honestly say Sumter’s Sub Stations have the best subs in the world!! Made fresh right in front of you, and the staff are still friendly after 19 years. That’s said enough about my town. I’m going to make it a point to stop here for my number 19 every time I visit. Thank you for a wonderful experience, memory and good SUB!!
