Called in order which was repeated back to me. Three meat pizza with onions added. Picked up our order and after arriving home we found a 3 meat pizza with BLACK OLIVES! NO ONIONS! Not happy! Hate black olives!!

The fact that when I picked up my order the boxes were not even closed probably with tape and then I have to take a picture because I’m tired of these establishments claiming their employees didn’t do anything incorrectly then when I start driving to south Denver I notice the boxes are still not closed properly I open them up and there I see three orders of pepperoni puffs and one cheese the order was two cheese and two pepperoni for a reason two of the kids I’m feeding don’t eat PORK!!! Then when I call it was the worst experience ever I spoke to Carla who immediately claimed my order was picked up by a door dasher who had fully inspected my order I then corrected her no it was I myself who picked the order up and asked for tape she said then just come back and bring us the messed up box I can not just turn around I have somewhere to be and then to think that I would be hung up on is absolutely crazy so just a heads up Don’t call to tell them your order was made wrong because CARLA will just hang up on you

Didn’t know this Little Ceasars is like the new McDonalds. Whenever I order for delivery, I expect everything to arrive with my delivery. Missing sauce for the crazy bread, missing drinks, etc. How do you even mess that up when it’s quite clearly on the receipt? 10/10 don’t recommend bothering even going to any restaurant off of Washington Street at this point. They’re all absolutely terrible and they all apparently hire just anyone they can find.

My order was 3 items: crazy bread, sauce, and the old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza. They forgot my sauce for starters. The only reason I chose the fanceroni is because they claim it has over 100 pepperoni, and I think the picture of what I got speaks for itself. Save yourself $2 and just order a regular pepperoni. When I called the store about these issues, I called FOUR times and nobody ever answered and the voicemail was full. I’ll drive an extra 5 mins to go to a different location from now on. Super upset.

Pulled up in the parking lot and the place was packed. (Told my self if it’s going to take more then 20-30 minutes I’ll just eat at home.) it was way quicker than that. Staff was friendly and obviously the food is fantastic or there wouldn’t have been that many people their. I watched and the staff had a ton of orders that seemed to be 4+ pizza. So yeah I was shocked when they had my pizza done in less then 10 minutes.

Tried the new pizza puffs. They are actually pretty good. Can’t speak for the rest of the menu. But I would go back for the puffs. And good value you get 4 for $3.99.

About to get crazy they didn’t answer my grandma trying to place an order. But I came in they were able to get our order in, nicely efficently during a rush. It’s for my nieces birthday & after a long weekend were all just trying to enjoy a family meal together. Could work a little more customer service, no reason during open hours should you not be to place an order online OR call in to place an order.

We ordered two Pizzas last night and didn’t get to eat one of them because it was still raw and the dough was stuck to the box. Tried calling to see if we could get a refund or something about this and there was no answer and the voice-mail was completely full. It was all money down the drain. They need better customer service.
