Went to the DQ on west broad for blizzards. Haven’t been in a while then I was reminded once I was waiting for them to fix the wrong blizzard they gave me. Not a manner on site on the speaker or window. Like you work customer service, say thank you etc. ifs really wild because people choose to spend their money at this over priced place and no manners from anyone is insane. Do better

The people at this store are probably the most friendliest I’ve ever experienced. I have noticed it over several visits. The food is what I would expect at dairy queen. But the smile and the kindness was five star all the way!!!

Dairy Queen is a very good place. I recommend it. They only have a few mistakes sometimes probably about once a week and their service is very good. They gave my dog a pup cup!!!

I ordered a banana split and once I got home to eat it I realized there was no banana in it. The manager wanted me to drive back to make another one. Why inconvenience myself, you made the mistake. You should hve refunded part of my money at least but that is not the point
….it was a freakin banana split with no banana! I will never visit that DQ again. The manager (whoever was there today at 530 pm) was not customer oriented.

This is a great DQ. Ive always had good experiences in the drive through, but today was my first time inside. The young men working were very prompt, friendly, and professional. I appreciated how fast the food came and how clean everything was. Honestly, great.

I order 2 LARGE sundays fairly frequently, and in the past 2 months they have been giving me smalls. When inquiring about it, the employee stated the owner makes them weigh every item, and they have to be under the minimum weight. So instead of two largest, I get a total of one large Sunday for the price of two.
Absolutely scummy behavior from the owner, and this is the last time I am getting screwed by you. I spend $60-$80 a week at your store, and your losing a loyal customer to save a few pennies per ice cream.

The overall experience wasn’t bad. The staff seemed friendly enough. They did have us pull off to the side even though it was only one car behind us at the time. Not a big deal though. Usually that means they’re making at least some of your food fresh, so we didn’t mind the extra wait time. The lady that brung out our food was pleasant, so we thought everything was fine. We get home and take our food out the bag and was in disbelief. I’ve never seen anything like that. I mean, not with fries at least. I wish I woulda thought to take a picture of all three fries that night because they were all the same. The picture I posted was from the next day because I left my wife’s food in the fridge (she was at work at the time) and she left it as well thinking it was someone else’s leftover fries. That’s how bad it was. It was funny in that moment. We laughed about it. Then I got home and was reminded just how disrespectful that amount of fries was and got irritated all over again. The night before it was late. My son and I had a school event and we just wanted to eat and go to bed. So although we were shocked and upset, we were too tired to dwell on it. Anyways, you all can see the pictures. There’s no way someone accidentally did this. I’m assuming they were short on fries or whatever, but you don’t give someone that small amount when they are paying full price. I’d rather have just gotten one full fry and be told they ran out and saved my money. But to not say ANYTHING and hand me the bag like everything is normal, that’s just plain disrespectful. I will Never go there again. I mean seriously, what is wrong with people these days? To think that is ok to do to a paying customer. And I’m always Super polite. I can see if I was mean or disrespectful maybe, but I never am. Just frustrating..
Other than that, the burgers were good. I’ll never have it again though. Not worth it. Btw this was on the night of 9/8/23.

Normally, service is good and satisfied with what we receive. A few weeks ago, they made a mistake, and they made it right, I didn’t complain. But this last time yesterday had us at a loss for words. So we didn’t complain & just took what we were given, which is today’s version of a large cone and medium misty float. I took photos because this was not the normal.

Ordered 2 Chili Cheese dogs, and got two boxes of mustard with some buns & weiners thrown in. Didn’t even get cheese. Took 40 minutes to get my order & the blizzard was melted by the time they even got to me. I called them back at this store & tried to get the situation handled and they said “oh we can probably do a gift card.” And I said okay cool, then they hung up on me.
Do not under any circumstances goto Dairy Queen. Goto Toney’s Coney’s.
