The coffee is strong and very good, and I’m a bit picky. I usually get iced lattes or egg bites so I can’t speak to anything else, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I haven’t had any problems with service personally, but it can be a bit slow at times, and I wish they would start your online order before you actually arrive. The location isn’t ideal either, but it’s worth it to me to have actually good coffee when I can’t make it at home. Scooter’s has become my go to coffee place in town!

First timer and was very disappointed with the service there. I could hardly hear the girl at the speaker and when I said I couldnt hear her she got louder only with more attitude. And, shocker shes been rude to some of my coworkers too. Some of them say they’ve seen her early in the morning and then again in mid afternoon. Maybe you all are working her too much. She seems very young that cant be legal. My husband came through a few days ago and had a bad experience too with the same girl. Just sitting on the counter on her phone ignoring him. Do not recommend.

I used to love coming to Scooters multiple times a week. The last few times I’ve been the staff has just been rude. Handing me my order without saying a word or responding to my “thank you.” I enjoy the coffee but don’t love feeling like I should not be there. Hopefully it’s just a rough patch!

I really loved Scooters! I use to go all the time. But the last 2 times I’ve went with my husband, we both got really really bad food poisoning. Im not sure if it’s the milk or not cleaning their machines, but we both begun getting crippling abdominal pain and vomiting after drinking the blended carmalicious drinks.

I started going to Scooter’s for my morning coffee.
And my mid day coffee…
And my evening coffee.
Especially when I’m running between jobs.
They always get my order taken quickly and I don’t have to sit around waiting in line. Even when there are a few cars ahead of me.
Whether it’s a breakfast sandwich, a smoothie or just a simple cup of Joe to help you stay awake during those long shifts, I haven’t had a bad experience yet.
I also had the chance to meet the owner, who was outside pulling weeds and sprucing up the place. And had a nice conversation with the man. You don’t see that alot with chains.
And he’s a local.
So, I feel like I’m supporting my fellow kentuckian when I go there and I’m never disappointed with his product.

So I have been a loyal customer to scooters for probably almost 2 years! Scooters was more of a place of joy and excitement I loved going there they had great quality coffee, and I made a few friends along the way.. one of the regular employees who had seen me come thru almost every day was absolutely rude to my husband, and I . She didn’t even acknowledge that we were talking to her. When we asked her about a coupon. She slammed the drive-thru door in our face.. I had a coupon that offered to buy one large Red Bull infusion and get a large for free so I ordered that. I also ordered an extra large pumpkin cold brew so when we got to the window, my husband asked her if this coupon worked, she never said anything. She handed us our three drinks and they ended up being two extra large Red Bull infusions and my extra large coffee. I said it charged me for three drinks instead of two . She shut the window and went on with her day . I left the drive thru and called scooters immediately and she was the one that answered. I told her who i was and what had happened. ( like she didn’t know I told her she was very rude that we were very loyal customers and we loved coming there there was no sense in her acting. That way she never apologize. She said she basically gave us a free drink because she handed us 3 extra large drinks instead of larges but we ended up paying for 3 Dinks instead of 2 drinks. She said it was like she gave us a free drink anyways and for us to have a nice day! I then contacted the general manager. She said she would talk to her and that she was gonna talk to the owner of the company no one ever contacted me back no apologies. I will not be going back there ! All I was asking for was some sort of good customer service maybe a callback from the owner or maybe even her absolutely terrible customer service
