I visited today for breakfast and had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was awesome. Maria took care of me, and she was very polite, courteous, and attentive. She made me feel welcome and comfortable. There’s a wheelchair ♿️ accessible entrance and this place is pretty close to road and can easily noticed from a vehicle in normal traffic. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Very good breakfast place. Had the Columbian Bowl and the Mexican Omelette. Both very good. Liked the spices in the Colombiam Bowl. Service from Alex was great. Biggest bummer. Too much food and could not bring leftovers since we were travelling that day.

I can’t believe that this Hidden Gem has been down the street and around the corner from me for over 10 years plus!
My son chose this place for his birthday celebration, and 7 of us were able to enjoy the delicious Colombian food that is served here. Everything not only smelled good and looked super delicious, but it Tasted so much better! Every time I took a fork full, my mouth was singing from the flavors it was experiencing. I literally mmmm’d and savored every bite I took. And we all let everyone experience some of each of our dish, since everyone got something different plus an appetizer. The table was excitingly trying everything lol.
You will definitely not be disappointed eating here. Skip four burritos and get takeout or sit in food from Jerry’s Luncheonette! Our waitress ( had pretty shiny black hair and pretty eye makeup ), she was awesome, very pleasant, accommodating, and positive. And even when she couldn’t completely understand what we were asking, she didn’t get an attitude, yet she made sure she got the orders correct and was able 2 answer questions we had.
Our dinner party had the best time. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. ♀️

What an amazing spot! The staff was so incredible and some of the most kind people.
They offer breakfast all day, and has a great classic diner feel to it with a twist – they also offer authentic Columbian food. Everything I tried was so delicious. I especially loved the empanadas – they were crispy and flavorful.
For the main course, I got their signature omelette which was filled with onion, peppers, cheese, avocado, and Columbian sausage – just amazing. The French toast was immaculate with the perfect amount of bananas, strawberries and whipped cream on top.
Their chicken wraps were also delicious, with a side of French fries and coleslaw.
10/10 recommend getting their tres leches for dessert because it was the best l’ve had!

We went here for a late brunch. Immediately sat down. Our waitress took our order. I ordered an omelet with american cheese, my son ordered a columbian dish.She recommended an appetizer so we ordered the empanadas. After 15 minutes I asked if the empanadas were coming out first she said yes. After about 5 more minutes she came out and said the food was ready but the empanadas weren’t. I said forget the empanadas. So long story short my omelet had Swiss cheese on it. I sent it back and my son was finished eating and my omelet was still not ready. Very poor I must say. I did not eat and wound up being there for an hour with no food.

This is such a great spot! They serve breakfast all day, so you can definitely please everyone in your party. This restaurant has been in West Haven since 1950, and recently renovated and made the restaurant bigger.
When you come in, you seat yourself and the friendly, helpful staff greets you promptly!
They make everything in house from scratch and offer daily lunch specials.
We started with empanadas which I highly recommend. Definitely some of the tastiest we’ve had.
