There are restaurants that are so good you want to tell everyone so they can experience the pure brilliance and amazing food, but then you actually want to keep it a secret so you can keep it all to yourself. Ambar Kitchen is just one of those restaurants.
I have eaten at all of the Michelin starred restraurants in Firenze and many around the world. Ambar is the best meal and experience from start to finish I have had in over a decade.
By far, every single dish served, was exquisite. The flavours were perfectly balanced and it just could not have been any better.
