We went here for drinks with some friends, they do serve food but didn’t have a chance to try so did not rate. Drinks were tasty I enjoyed the winter warmer and wife the hazy IPA. Place has a nice feel to with a large bar room with table top seating and bar seating. Next to that it has a large even hall with tables and chairs that could easily double as an event venue. We will be returning here.

Went here Friday and really enjoyed it. Exciting to see something new in Victor (I grew up in the area) Looking forward to the kitchen opening and trying the food! I also love the space – was thinking I might try to convince my HS class to host our 20 year reunion here. Would be a great space for it.

DeWolf is quickly becoming our favorite place! I’ve am always searching for GREAT food. DeWolf has it. And their good assortment of beer is delicious as well! Can’t wait to try more brews and more of their cocktails. I have only had the sangria so far, and it was delicious and with FRESH fruit garnishing it. I love that you order at a counter and the food is brought out to you tapas-style, ensuring all is fresh and hot. Green flag for an eatery: their menu fits on one page! The atmosphere inside is very nice. It was PACKED on a recent Saturday night, but we were able to find a table in less than 5 minutes. Shoutout to bartender Kelly for excellent service! She is the only one I know by name right now, but all the other folks working there seem equally service-oriented and friendly, which is another refreshing find. Topo Chico heads rejoice: they serve it!

What a cozy and intimate atmosphere for being a large venue! Staff are friendly and welcoming, plenty of seating options, and delicious drinks! I couldn’t recommend the Dos Robles cocktail enough! If you’re in the area, or just driving though, it’s worth a stop!

I made my first visit a couple weeks ago to watch the Saturday Bills game. I was in awe when I first walked in the door. The place is huge and absolutely immaculate. It was really neat to see the behind-glass brew system. We were able to get service almost immediately. I’m not a beer drinker but thoroughly enjoyed the mango mash. We ordered garlic Parmesan wings and a Cuban sandwich. The wings were very meaty and perfectly done. The Cuban came with potatoes that had a delicious sauce over them. And then that sandwich… I find myself wanting another so bad and can’t wait to go back and enjoy it again! I highly recommend DeWolf Brewery!!

We tried four of the beers. As an ex- home brewer, I was pleased by the character of each Beer being different and true to style; the Dunkel was replete with dark malt but appropriatel balanced between roasted bitterness and malty sweetness. I’m not a big fan of fruity IPAs, but the House hazy IPA was not the fruit bomb that I feared it might be, quite tasty. I am looking forward to returning for the West Coast IPA that the server told me will be up in the next few days.
But I am burying the lede here… they don’t serve pub grub, they serve a very respectable tapas menu that works very well with the sophistication of the brewing. We were there just a week after the kitchen had opened and those folks in the back are doing a remarkable job! We shared four small plates, and each was well prepared and savory. These folks know what they’re doing, and the servers were both friendly and efficient. I highly recommend that you stay away from this place so that I can enjoy it with my friends. Just kidding; go and support these folks; they are doing great work and deserve your patronage.

Had a lovely Saturday afternoon, first truly warm one of the year. Perfect beers (the old growth) split a smash burger (the Barcelona) and some Pan Con Tomate. Everything was so delicious and we could not have been happier with our decision to stop here.
