Always thought their food was great but this time they changed my mind .the rice texture was hard and it seemed old .they didn’t even bother to peel sticker off vegetable god knows what happens behind the kitchen , they probably didn’t even wash the veggies and chicken felt hard and old .the lady charging just snatched money off hand like what .

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have a lot of positive reviews, this place is AWESOME. Not only the food was absolutely delicious but the staff were VERY nice and very friendly, you get A LOT of food with a GREAT price.
I was going to get Sarku Japan but this place is 10000000% better, more variety of food, PLUSSSSS they make bubble tea. WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! I usually get the coconut bubble tea, and they made it perfect.

Great food court restaurant. Huge servings, and tastes so good. Lomein, Bourbon chicken, strings beans and broccoli amazing. Soany voices of milk teas and fruit teas. Had the mango milk tea was delicious. Can’t wait to try the rest.

Good Chinese food. Their bourbon chicken is AMAZING but the boneless spare ribs were really average or even Mediocre. The choices are nice though and the food was overall good. It’s in the food court so no atmosphere and tons of seating and the verdict is I’d give it one more try.

Only place in Suffolk county that makes the best bourbon chicken. Located inside the Westfield mall in Bay Shore. Food is delicious and although they increased their prices it’s definitely worth it.

Made my girlfriend and I ill shortly after eating. Food tastes alright, but there is more than likely an issue of either kitchen cleanliness or the heat lamps not being sufficient at keeping the cooked meats hot enough.

I always get their Bourbon Chicken, it’s the best around. I’m only sad I can’t order it through any of the apps, they would def get more business this way. But I’ll take the 7min drive there when necessary.

I’ve been ordering food from there for quite some time know and I can say they are very kind sweet they always talk to with and they always offer you a nice sample and they’ve convinced me to learn their language which I’m studying but besides that it’s a awesome spot in bs mall and I recommend anyone that wants to try Asian food definitely go to this spot first!!
