If you are not a local, they will ignore you and not give good service. If you’d like a plate full of brown, fried food and have lived in Maiden your whole life, this place is for you. I prefer nutritious food for my health. I went once eight years ago and have never been back.

The food is affordable and really good. Small town diner vibes. You seat yourself and normally will be serviced by multiple waitresses. This works because the dining room is very low occupancy. If it’s very busy there may be a wait but once seated service is great. You can’t do much better for your dollar!

I visited Don’s Grill for the first time a few days ago. The atmosphere is very homey and cozy. The staff was really friendly and checked on our needs often! The food is very tasty and comes out piping hot and exactly as ordered, which is fantastic. There are a lot of options and there are different daily specials to choose from. The milkshakes are wonderfully thick and come in a wide variety of flavors! You can dine in or call in an order and pick it up at the window or you can order at the window and wait for your order. I will definitely be back.

Wife and I showed up for lunch. Had to wait a few minutes for them to open, first time there. Did know what time they opened. Was able to peruse the menu on the outside of the building before we walked in. Wife ordered the Crispy chicken sandwich and added fries with water. She ordered a side of ranch but she didn’t receive, and I think we both forgot about it till we were about done eating. I ordered Philly cheese steak no mushroom with tater tots and a water. I think for the most part we both enjoyed our meals. Wife said it was a decent-sized chicken and I thought the Philly cheese steak was a good size and good portion of fries and tater tots. Could have used a little sauce or something on the Philly cheese steak is what my wife said. I could see us returning back in the future. The music was good but almost couldn’t hear it over other patrons. I did mention not getting the ranch. And that .50 cent was taken off the bill.

Decent food, could have more flavor. I got there during rush and there was a wait for tables and many people waiting on To-go orders. Food was hot and fresh but there was no seasoning on the fries, not even salt. Tenders were okay.

This is one of Maidens best kept secrets. The restaurant is very clean, the staff very friendly and you can’t help feeling nostalgic when you walk in. It has charm of dinners from years ago. The cheese burger was delicious. I am a trucker and I have ate from San Diego Ca. To Banger Main, and for me to say this place ranks in my top 5 places to eat; well that says it all!!! And the Burgers, well most definitely in my top 3. Stop by. The drive is well worth the trip…

They Have A Young Man That Cooks In The Back With Curly Hair Who Wears No Hair Net. Two Weeks Ago I Went There For My ALMOST Daily Lunch For Work And I Found A Red Curly Hair On My Sandwich.. I Let The Waitress Know And She Asked Would I Like Another One.. I Responded No Because OF COURSE I Was Upset To My Stomache At This Point. She Chose Not Even To Ring Me Up And Someone Else Did And Didnt Adjust The Price Or Give An Apology.. Very Upsetting Considering I Went There All The Time And It Wasn’t Handled Any Better! Someone With That Much Hair Swinging Around Should Have A Hair Net On.. HORRIBLE CUSTOME SERVICE At This Point.. Sadly It Wasn’t The Waitresses Fault But She Should’ve Suggested A Price Change! I WILL Not Be Eating Here Anymore! Everyone Else Go Enjoy That Red Curly Hair On Your Sandwiches!

I really liked it here. Would have given 5 stars but the prices are a bit high for home cooked comfort food. Though the food is really good. We ordered a seafood plate, a chicken tender plate, and some burgers. Staff was really nice and friendly.
