The view is fantastic! Drinks are good and even better when discounted during Happy Hour We had a burger a few times and it was surprisingly tasty. We stayed in a Sapphire Beach Resort condo and loved being able to grab drinks and sit on the beach, or walk back to our patio to enjoy.

I visited Sapphire Beach in May 2025 and the view is gorgeous! You’re looking at the ocean and distant mountains in the horizon while also close to restaurants and resorts. The Sapphire Beach bar has delicious drinks and the cocunt shrimp wqs delicous. Parking was free when I visited. The water is so clear! Just be mindful of rocks on the beach sand and in the water. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I’m St. Thomas!

She’s showing her age, but overall if your staying at Pools and Pavilions, it’s a 5 minute walk. The beach is amazing and the bar isn’t bad. Expect spring break vibes. There is a pretty good pizza joint on site and a super over priced restaurant. If your into that sort of thing, no judging, just giving a heads up to everyone out there

Coki Beach is much more spirited, fun and friendly. This is the “buttoned up” St. Thomas beach. No local food offerings. Pizza, bar food-almost a warehouse approach. Bartenders-not very attentive, unless you’re seated directly in front of them. Will not be returning.

Sapphire beach bar was my favorite part of my whole trip. The music was great. The people were wonderful. The food was delicious. I had a chicken taco and curly fries. The bartenders weren’t shy on the rum and the drinks that’s for sure. Kept an open tab.

This bar was so much fun! It was great that it was where we were staying! We had lunch here just about every day! The whole staff here are super friendly! Even the other customers we met were really friendly! They had a massive New Years Eve party!! The fireworks were so impressive!!
