The place is beautiful and the food is awesome. Expect a wait for dinner seating. They opened at 3pm and at 3:30pm it was a 2.5 hour wait. Bring cash for the lower bar, as it doesn’t accept cards due to wifi issues (This could be an easy fix if they really wanted to). Love this place but just preparing you for expectations.

The venue has nothing to help with customers comfort due the extreme heat that takes place in Wisconsin summers. It is an open air pavilion, but the ceiling fans are set to low. They do not keep customers supplied with enough ice to keep their drinks cool. This is not a one-off experience. We go almost every summer as older family consider it tradition.

The pasta is good, but not great. For the price, portions should be bigger. For an added $10 you can add shrimp to your dish. I received 4. One relative started they had received 2 on a previous occasion. The sauces seemed bland.

The waitress was nice, & did the best they could. But it seemed like they would disappear.

The best part was the performers that were scheduled that night. They were truly talented.

A pretty nice wine place deep in the valley in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin.

They said the seating was all full up top but we could sit at the lower bar or at the bottom, which wasn’t an issue at all except that they were still a few hours out from close and had plenty of empty seats up top, and no new reservations or anyone came to ever fill them up until close (we left just a few minutes before closing). So I guess they just didn’t want us to sit there? Idk.

Lots of games, and even though it’s outdoors it can be VERY noisy – lots of parties going on here. Big menu though, and obviously, some of the most gorgeous scenic views you can imagine down here. The vineyard also looked so good.

Unfortunately they can’t actually grow their own wine here. The soil is too sandy, even for WI/MN specialty grapes. So while they’re trying, they just get their label of wine from Minnesota somewhere else instead. Still local enough, so that’s okay for me – I would’ve been pissed if we came down here and all they had was California wine relabeled with a Wisconsin sticker, I can’t stand that. So I’m glad they still had local options, local enough.

Overall, a really nice place!

Covered outdoor dining with musical entertainment. Family friendly, games, tractor pull rides, fireplace, and corn hole. Children’s meals. Wonderful wine list and delicious menu entrees. Surroundings are beautiful. Service is above average and very accommodating This is a dining destination. You won’t be disappointed.

Vino is a treasure. This place never disappoints. The red sauce is spectacular. The white sauce is phenomenal. Highly recommend getting the duo dipper combo. You won’t regret it. Service was great and always has good recommendations on different wines to try.

Food was great. The location speaks for itself -it’s a beautiful setting. The hostess who seated our party was very helpful placing us at a table where we were out of the wind.
Our service was disappointing. The waitress didn’t seem to care about our party and seemed “checked out” waiting on us. We had to constantly search to see if we were going to be waited on for drinks that were finally ordered and didn’t receive.
We were never asked if we would like dessert and decided against it since we couldn’t get our waitress attention and she never checked on our table during our meal.
Took forever to receive our checks. Simple orders of pizza and buffet , not difficult transactions.
Even received an extra billing for someone who never was seated at our table.
When you go to a place where buffet is the main event but your waitress only visits you twice to take your order for the buffet and then delivers the check. Why should they receive a 20% tip?
It feels like tips are assumed without any expected service.
At the bare minimum you should expect your waitress to check in at the table during your meal to see if there’s anything else needed.
Won’t return for a meal, but probably a glass of wine to enjoy the scenery.

We had a terrific experience here and the setting and seclusion is beautiful. An excellent way to spend a warm, Fall Saturday. What I didn’t realize is they don’t produce their own wine so think of it more as a wine bar and outside restaurant. Still they had lots of great choices of wine by the glass. I hope you like pasta and pizza because that is pretty much the menu, but there are many different entrees. I had the spicy shrimp and sausage linguine and it was delicious. My daughter had the pesto pasta with sausage and it was too much pesto for her. The nachos appetizer was … weird. It is Wisconsin so think lots and lots of cheese. Just about an hours drive from St Paul, this is a nice short road trip destination. I would go again.

Delicious portabella ravioli. Pizza was not to our liking. Crust was very, very crunchy and sauce was blah. Had a bottle of Vino wine which was tasty. We sat in covered, outdoor seating. Waitress was fantastic.
