Normally I love this Zaxbys but tonight I got a Cobb salad and it was full of slightly wet, dark green, wilted lettuce so I picked half the lettuce out and then ate a bit and came across an eyelash in my food…. Pretty appetite destroying. Again, they normally do great but I guess since I got a salad half off they did a half ass job at preparing it.

Stop over seasoning my fries. This is like the third time it’s happened. I can’t eat fries that are caked up with seasoning and leaves very little potato. This is enough seasoning to choke an elephant. The food is too expensive also.

This place has always been really good with fresh food. The past two times I went..awful. I went the second time because every place has an off day..no change food was terrible. Fries looked double cooked greasy and over done. Boneless wings same .I know everywhere has been cutting back on portion size but my salad …it was ridiculous literally 5 shreds of cheese little as well as other pretty much all lettuce and asked for grilled chicken to be cooked on grill a little extra ..nope

This is the BEST Zaxby’s in the CSRA. When we walked in the staff was immediately cheerful and welcoming with smiles on their faces. Every one of them was polite, kind, helpful and joyful. Our order was fresh and handled with care.

Had a great visit at Zaxbys off Columbia road for lunch. Was immediately greeted by the cashiers and our order was taken shortly after. Food was received very quickly. Tenders and fries were hot fresh and tasty, and the toast was made perfectly too. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Zaxbys as everything went smooth. Great location to visit.

The manager was very nice and helpful. She was actually pretty cool to talk to while waiting for our food. The store was very clean, inside and out. I didn’t see any trash in the parking lot, not even a smashed styrofoam cup.

Worst location in the csra. Can’t make an order right anytime I go. Fries have so much seasoning they are inedible. Rude employees. Corporate needs to step in and doore training with whoever is running this location.

The price can no longer be justified. It’s just too expensive for what they offer. It’s just fast food chicken fingers. And every time I come I swear they give you less fries and the food is getting worse. So long Zaxbys. I’m never coming back.
