This is a great family-owned spot with really tasty food. We tried the seafood pho and chicken pho — both were full of flavor and not bland at all. Plus, we could easily adjust the spice with the sriracha and chili oil on the side. We ordered large portions and packed the leftovers. The service was quick and friendly. They have plenty of seating, so it’s perfect for visiting with family or friends.

We called and booked seats so was easy to find a seat as we reached. However after sitting on the table the waiter took close to 20 mins to come to our table to ask if we needed water or something to drink- which we thought was poor service

I was very impressed. The atmosphere is perfect for visiting with family and friends. The food was excellent and so was the service. I was shocked when I looked at the menu how affordable it was I’ll definitely go back. The only thing I would say is they move locations in keizer and it’s not the picture as shown.

Today I was there with a friend for the first time, and we really enjoyed it. There was a bit of a line, but the boys were running back and forth. Well done. The food was excellent, everything fresh and hot. And most importantly, it wasn’t spicy, although you could add a little more.
The restroom is very clean, the place is clean and it’s nice to sit. I highly recommend it. The men served us with a smile. I love this atmosphere. Good luck to you guys.

We started out with some delicious appetizers. Their crab Puffs were crunchy and filled with flavor. The fresh Salad rolls paired with the peanut sauce, was savory. The sauce compliments the rolls perfectly.
When I tell you that my first sip of the Pho was delicious. So nourishing and fulfilling. I added all the topping they provided bringing all flavors in the dish together in harmony. I highly recommend everything. Definitely try their sweet Boba tea. The server was kind and attentive to us. Thank you!

This place is extremely amazing, very hygienic and the staff here are extremely wonderful, I love the food it came out hot and ready and under 5-10 minutes after ordering, costumer service is 10/10 and I would 100% come here again and recommend this place

Today was the first time eating at Kiezer Pho. We are at 3:00 and it wasn’t busy. I order the house vermicelli. I was looking forward to an awesome meal. We ordered hot tea. It took a while and we were eager to get the tea as it was cold and rainy. The tea was very good. My meal and everyone’s protein we over cooked: shrimp, beef, pork all over cooked. The service could improve. We sat there waiting for our tea and the checks we never received. We finally got up and went to pay. It wasn’t busy at 3:00. I was disappointed overall.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is excellent and I enjoy the new location, it’s clean and the decor is nice. The problem I have with this place is the service. I’ve been about 5 times to the new location and every single time the service is actually terrible. After being seated, nobody comes to take orders for quite a while. Drink orders have been delivered well after the food arrives, and a couple times just forgotten. After the food is brought to the table, it feels like you are forgotten. We’ve had to flag people down for to go boxes and a check every single time we’ve eaten here. I love the food but the service could really use a face-lift.

Great restaurant. Boba selection is flavorful, and service is prompt. Strawberry smoothie taste like Nesquik milk if you’re into that. The specialty lemonade is country time powder drink mix not worth $4 though. The pho here is really good.
